It would've been nice for the change to Reduce Motion to revert folders back to the iOS 6 style, which I thought was awesome. Now it's a fade effect, which is bizarre and doesn't feel right to me.

Not enough information.

1) Did you restore from a backup when you got your 5s? That's been a source of grief for some people. Try a clean install and restore your apps one-by-one.

2) What apps have you installed and what's running all of the time? Some apps are known to be bad for the battery when in the background. Try quitting all apps before you sleep and see how it performs. Then identify the app that was the culprit.

I did restore from a backup as I have been doing since the original iPhone. I know that's sometimes not recommended for optimal performance. I was going to give it more time before trying a fresh install. I'm optimistic that Apple will fix some battery life issues. I've had similar issues with a 4S that was setup as new a week before iOS 7 came out.
I have lots of apps, and don't really do anything out of the ordinary (Pandora, Music, Facebook, Instagram, some games, etc.)

I have been trying to do better with closing apps. That used to never be required, but it seems to help more now. Last couple nights my phone has died on me I haven't closed all my apps, so that could be the culprit as well. We will see how things go with 7.0.3.

My 4 is snappier. They should not release 7.0.2. 7.0.3 is much better. I had iMessage problem with 7.0.2 for weeks. Now, I don't have to worry about my phone bills. (ATT charged me 30 bucks last month for sending text messages due to the iMessage bug:mad:)

So far I'm still getting the same bug on my iphone 5s.

In the today view, the weather will ALWAYS add "conditions with low visibility" to anything the weather says, even on a clear, sunny day. It's been like this on every iphone 5s I've seen since launch (both display and consumer) and I haven't heard anything from Apple about it.

Bull crap. Jailbreaking opens your device to a world of non-vetted apps. How can that be good?

did i say that it didn't allow you to install any app?? No, I said that the jailbreak patches the exploit that it uses, which makes the device more secure than it was pre-jailbreak. If you download a malicious app, it's your own fault. Cydia only comes installed with trusted repos, if you add your own and get a virus, it would be your fault. You should also know that nobody has gotten a virus from jailbreaking yet.

Stop trying to spread your crap around that jailbreaking is harmful to your device.

Don't bite my head off but I think Safari is actually snappier :p - in terms of dismissing and moving between open tabs at any rate.

It might just be because the accelerometer issue is fixed so it has to do less work moving the tabs for parallax effect due to poor gyro data?

FINALLY you can speed up the animations. I'm glad Apple addressed this quick I thought Jhonny wouldn't allow it!

Speed up? I knew we've always had the ability to speed it down but not up, where are you seeing this?

Apple Releases iOS 7.0.3, Adds Support for iCloud Keychain, Accelerometer Issues

I have a 5s and my update isn't showing up? Anyone know how to force it?

Update: never mind reboot did it.

update not showing up for me (OTA-WiFi, iPhone 5)

Tried powering down the phone, then powering up again. Still not showing.

i agree both on my iPad and iPhone, a 4th gen and 5, i noticed safari being a helluva lot more responsive, on 7.0.2 it would just lag and hang on both

itunes plugged in worked. keeps saying ive untransfered purchases but dont, crashed my wifi once and will take about 40 mins.... not brilliant

Please say this will keep my 5S from crashing.

Right! My 5s crashes when i use iTunes radio or open the music app. Thats the only time i've gotten a crash and random reboot. I hope this update addresses those issues because they sucks huge balls!

this worked for me

I was trying and trying, but what worked was I switched OFF WIFI, it IMMEDIATELY then saw the 7.0.3 update, then I had to switch WIFI back on, and it started to download. Obviously, I think it's the ISP's that are throttling bandwidth or access.
