Hey Apple, here's an idea: when you first launch the music app and go through the initial sign up stuff you should ask if people have playlists from other services that they'd like to import. I rarely used iTunes or the Music app so Apple Music has a very incomplete picture of my musical tastes. Not being able to import my Spotify playlists will be a deal breaker for me.

beatsimporter.com will eventually be up and running. Basically sign up for the free trial of Beats and then you can send your playlists from spotify over to Beats then Beats automatically should send them to Apple Music! Just a thought!

His endless hyperbole is nauseating. He reminds me of Jimmy Fallon. Every artist is great and every song is the best ever. Everything is incredible.

I think I've heard "Worldwide. Always On" about 100 times now and it hasn't been on an hour yet.
Well being worldwide in 100 countries live at the same time is a pretty big deal.

Plus it's the first day so he's probably just trying to listeners to take note of just how large scale this whole thing is.

I too had been using Google Play Music for about the last 18 months and I have exactly the opposite reaction. This is so much more sensibly laid out, even if not perfect, than GPM. The past couple of GPM updates pretty much sealed my decision to switch to AM, actually. I find that there's way too much shifting back and forth between the menu and music, not to mention how often it crashes or has downloaded songs that have a skip in some part (I haven't had skipping music since the 90s with car CD players!)

Interesting, I'll need to try it out for a while before I can really say for sure. I do agree though that Google Play Music has had some odd updates recently and it's likely just a case of something I'm used to. I'm willing to give itr a shot though.

Though the lack of web interface right now is one of the reasons I'm, struggling with Apple Music at the moment.

You're not familiar with radio then are you? More specifically what Zane's shows are famous for.

$99 MXN is AWESOME, Sign me in forever. Now I need those Bose headphones I just saw to enjoy this.

Apple Music isn't compatible with Bose headphones. Due to the new DRE-HD audio technology included in the Apple Music platform, it only works with Beats headphones.

I added some new AM songs to existing playlists and they are actually showing up iTunes 12.1.2 but shadowed out. Shows iCloud status "Pending".

not sure if anyone has posted this, but if anyone is stuck on update requested delete the iOS beta profile and reboot then the update will work

I owe you a beer. Mine has been stuck on "Update Requested" for about 2 hours. Thanks for helping me get today's version of iOS 8.4!

The new music app is great, but this is bulls*it! Who wants to have the cover art ruined like that?!?!

I really hope this gets fixed in the future releases...

Good taste.

Not sure if this has been mentioned. if you pull down on the "For You" tab it will give other suggestions and playlists. :) I thought it was kind of limited until I happened to do that then I saw a lot of cool playlists I would like to listen to.

Wow, that is brand new information, thank you! Will the headphones work if I have offline music though?
