One feature I did find really cool: When searching for a song, it'll also list VIDEOS of the song and you can play those and make a playlist of those, and then shoot them to your AppleTV. Could be great for parties, etc. Didn't expect music videos at all.
I don't remember them mentioning music videos with this service at all at on the keynote. This pleasantly surprised me as well.

Any idea how Connect is suppoused to be used? I've followed some artists and this tab only suggests me even more artists. Can't find way to display feed..

Apple music/ios 8.4 appears to have erased or removed access to all local music on my iPhone. Was not an iTunes match subscriber. Was not automatically downloading music in iTunes & app store settings. I did agree to the apple music trial, without reading ALL the terms of service, so maybe I gave them permission to do this. Maybe the music will come back once attempts to enable iCloud music library succeed. In the meantime, no songs for me unless I am online, and then only to songs bought through the iTunes store. I'm in canada.

That sucks. I see a few people have experienced this but it's not what's supposed to happen. I kept all my local music. I wasn't a Match subscriber either. Are you sure they were deleted? Check the About section and look how many songs are on your iPhone. If it says your music is still there, reboot. See if that helps.

Well using Apple Music on iOS. Tons of albums. Guess I no longer really need iTunes Match anymore...

I am so confused about iTunes Match and Apple Music working together...I intend on becoming a permanent subscriber to AM...therefore...can I turn off auto renew for iTunes Match? What will happen??

First impressions 2 thumbs up! Did not think I would like this B1 radio with Zane, but so far I been actually enjoying some of it. That said, I don't think his show will be in my regular rotation, but I can see a lot of folks really digging it. I think Apple really knocked it out the park with this one, although there are a few things that folks have mentioned, that would improve the service.

iTunes Match lets you keep the music it gives you. While Apple Music only lets you keep the music as long as you have your subscription.

Any idea whether TMobile will include the new Apple Music in their unRadio unlimited data for music streaming? The old Apple Radio was included so hopefully they'll do the same for Apple Music.
I have the $30/5GB prepaid T-Mobile plan and have been streaming Apple Music Beats 1 since it came online. My T-Mobile account app is not showing any unexpected increase in data usage.

I asked T-Mobile on twitter and they said not at this time but to check there Music Unlimited site for future reference.

Thank you!
Well, the most annoying thing about Apple Music so far, is that it shows songs you've added to Playlists under "My Music", so now I'll get tonnes of artists with just 1 or 2 songs. Things will get cluttered really, really fast. Hope this changes in the future....

I guess it could be set up so that you could have songs in playlists that aren't also in My Music, but isn't the whole point (currently at least) that playlists contain music from your library. So something can be in My Music, but not a playlist, but anything in a playlist has to come from My Music?

Agreed, I would've preferred a darker or at least a more colorful UI, but for night viewing you can switch to the Invert Colors option.

Don't a lot of artist / album screens now use colors in the same way that iTunes does? Still a lot of white, but a lot of darker colours too, which mostly work well. Although there are a few more garish colors that work less well.

That's on iOS 9 beta, but assume as its the new music app it would be the same in 8.4.

yes, press the upper left hand corner picture of you, then press manage family
It just takes me to settings. What do I do then?

Share my Purchases?

There is no option to allow music/playlists/radio choices to be separate for each member of the family.

Can I set up a playlist made up of multiple bands without choosing specific songs from them?

I really love many things about Apple Music, but there is something that is really not right and this is cover arts for many local albums. Apple Music is replacing cover arts included in files with its own graphics and oftenly it is with mistakes. I've got properly tagged Iron Maiden album "Powerslave" and AM is changing its cover with "Ed Hunter" CD. Eminem second CD - cover art problem. Faith No More "Album Of The Year" - I've got one track and when I choose to see the whole album it shows me different compilation. Nick Cave "Live From KCRW" has got cover from "Push The Sky Away". Many albums also have got now big stickers saying Deluxe Edition etc.... This is all sad after years of properly tagging music collection.
