This just made my day! I know it's a beta and blah blah blah.. But beta 2 was really taking the piss! No app switcher (crash crash.....) no YouTube anywhere but Safari, Crashes, Reboots....... Very Happy :D

I wouldn't mind but I've gained 10GB of "Other" that I can't find to delete, so it's tricky to clear the required 3.4GB.

Hah. You're lucky. I gained *35* GB of "Other", and nothing I tried could access whatever was filling it up. I'm hoping b3 will fix it, because I have been deleting photos left and right to keep up with the ever-growing Other. Next I'll have to start deleting apps, and then what?

Did something change in the Notification Center - Today? Cant remember of Tomorrow Summary was there before or not

At least for me using beta 3 I can't search for apps in the App Store. Once I hit enter in the search field the search result page is totally blank.

Does one need to be on Beta 2 to be able to get Beta 3 download under "Software Update?" I'm on Beta 1 and my phone tells me that my software is up to date.

Well thats nice for Apple to recognize other calendars in the "Alternate Calendars" section

None of my Macs are on Yosemite yet.. upgrade iPhone to iCloud drive or wait?

I wouldn't upgrade to iCloud Drive. If you do, you'll likely be unable to access your iCloud files from your Mac. If that isn't a problem, though, go ahead.

Does it still have the dreaded WhatsApp bug that crashes any group or conversation with the character processions fi, ff, or fl inside any message contained? :D

Also, anyone constantly getting the iCloud login window popup? This was very annoying, because apart from that issue in beta 1, it was running very smoothly.

Cant figure this one out. Settings has a (1) badge on it, but no idea what is it for... no new updates since i'm on beta 3

Yeah I was doing the same thing, I had started into apps that I didn't really want to delete. iTools did help me find over 5GB of power logs (each was 60-80MB in size), which has me in the right direction. Maybe it will help you too?

Installed the update. My phone has white screened 3 times now. Kinda weird. White screen with Apple logo for 10 seconds and then back to the lock screen. Doesn't ask for the passcode so it wasn't a hard reset.

He won't anyways since he isn't on Yosemite. Pretty sure iOS 8 iCloud documents are kept separate from iOS 7 and Mavericks etc

Photos still seems to be very laggy for me. about 7000 photos on there..

and wth??? Under the Album section, what's supposed to be under Recently Added? Is that camera roll? Mine is labled 273098857

WiFi Calling

I see under Settings- Phone, you can enable WiFi Calling. I wonder if T-Mobile is currently setup to use this? And how do you tell if you are WiFi calling vs cellular?
(Update) - It works on T-Mobile. There is no icon to let you know, but I was able to place a call in an area without cell signal.

The "Update requested" means that Apple is checking if your iPhone's UDID is registered. It's to prevent those who were able to get the beta without their UDID registered to update.
Umm I was able to update OTA yet I'm not a developer and my UDID isn't registered so yeah...
