Yes it software the tech person at Apple Store has same issue
But then others mention that they don't. So perhaps some hardware, or some combination (as in some configuration/setup) that could be behind it?

I still can't seem to see this update for my 6s+. I've restarted, been on different networks. Just can't seem to see it offer up the update. Just says 6.3.2 is the latest.

Try iTunes and report back to us
iTunes constantly interrupts the download on OS X and Windows, on 2 different internet providers for the 6s+. I just can't seem to get it, although I had no problem on my iPad 3 (or iOS 10 Bet 3 on my 5s).

I'm seriously considering logging into the Dev portal and downloading the last 9.3.3 beta.

iOS 10 beta

Nobody facing battery problem on 9.3.3 ? On 9.3.2 i could go a full day with just 20% left !

Am i the only one experiencing lag really? Try to swipe back on some of the sub menu's in settings. Just to mention a few, the handoff menu, brightness menu, icloud storage menu. It's not that obvious kind of lag but the swiping back is not as smooth as in 9.3.1. The same kind of lag happens when I swipe back and forth on spotlight. And when I try to swipe up 3-2 apps in app switcher the lag occurs again. I have given it time to settle, and restarted my phone but it's still there. And as I said, never had those issues in 9.3.1.........

I have an iphone 6s btw

Have you waited until the indexing has ceased? Usually takes 24 to 48 hours.

One aspect of this update; it killed almost all of my saved logins/passwords for different sites / apps.
Also (maybe existed and I never noticed?) the rolodex view of Safari webpages on my 6S+, have about 20+ open, as I close (click the "X") the remaining pages slowly migrate up and off the screen. I can drag it back down and continue closing.... :(

Giving it a few days. For the short time I have had 9.3.3, it seems to eat battery faster - I have less by mid afternoon. I'll give it a bit to settle down and have apps update...

I've learned that if your device is running smoothly and great battery then there is no need to rush into these updates especially if your device came with 9.0

Yep, that was smart. I updated and when the timer rang today during a phone call, I couldn't end either - the phone call nor the timer. Maybe it's 9.3.3, maybe not, but (sigh) I could have lived without that situation.

So be smart: don't update, if your system is running smoothly.

This update is crap. Apps crashing, including OEM apps.

Apple used to be so much better than this.

Thankfully I have my rock solid, fast and reliable Nexus 6P.

Seems like that's not the expeience of many others.

I'm still running 9.0 and it works fine plan on keeping it that way at least until 10 arrives but won't jump right into 10 will wait several months after.

I have consistently updated the same day the patch comes out (which in Asia time, is about 3-4 hours after the patch is released in the US, after I wake up from sleep in the morning).

Haven't been let down by Apple so far. The 8.0.2 patch had been pulled by the time I was ready to update, and the 9.3.2 patch didn't affect my iPad Pro at all.

Apple has earned my trust in this aspect.

Sounds like you have specific issues pertaining to your particular device. I would reset all settings via settings>general>reset>reset all settings. That will most likely solve these strange issues you are having. Be sure to have your wifi info handy as that gets reset as well. But apps and data will remain intact. And of course go back through your settings afterwards to set back like you want them.
