The update deleted all my protected notes. Use with caution.
Not heard of that one either. Guess restore your backup and you should be good to go. That's when good ole iTunes backups are really helpful. Much easier and faster than iCloud.

Currently experiencing a potential (albeit minor) bug where after updating all my apps, the badge number still persists on the App Store icon. Any idea how to get rid of it? It's quite irritating.

What?! I won't do that then.
Seems like that would depend on whether or not that is some sort of a common occurrence or an installation type of glitch of some sort more or less unique to some user/device.

Are the apps all actually updated if you go back into the app store? I seem to have one app (Verizon Messenger+) that is stuck in the sense of the update for it installing fine, but then it comes up as being available as an update once again.

All apps are updated, but this problem seems confined to my iPad Pro.

That said, performance across my devices definitely seems smoother, even on my older 5S. Most notably in Safari and scrolling. I will be enjoying this performance improvement while it lasts, since iOS 10 will probably reset the cycle by bringing its own share of bugs with it.

regret updating, my 6s was perfectly fine on 9.3.1, but now i experience lag on 9.3.3.............................

Can someone tell me if I upgrade from ios 9.0.2 to this new update, will my iPhone 6 plus become a bit faster?

I'm on ios 9.0.2 b/c of the jailbreak. But the speed is unbearable....

What speed? Springboard and app launch or the apps themselves?
Apps themselves is a possible but not real likely
Springboard and apps launch is a no. The animation overlays and covers any real visual speed increase.

I had that issue with the Verizon main app. (8.8.1 maybe not the messenger) Never would actually update. It would start then stop and update button appeared again. Ended up uninstalling it then re-downloading from "My Purchases".

I have no issues on 9.3.3, where is lag?

Must be an App Store glitch. I have the same issue, first time I've seen this.

Unless there is a major security issue that needs fixing, iOS 9.3.3 will likely be the last iOS 9.x version before iOS 10.0 arrives in the third week of September 2016.

I'm still running 9.2.0. Everything works and I don't see any reason to upgrade, other than to stop the annoying 'upgrade me' pop-up every 24 hours.

I probably will upgrade to 10 at some stage, but def not on the .0 release.

I restarted my phone and like every animation was laggy, control center, going out of an app and app switcher, also some of sub menu's lag when i wanna swipe back in settings

Interesting you are about the only one I have seen stating that 9.3.3 had more lag than ANY previous version of iOS 9. All throughout the 5 betas that was a discussion point how the lag was now gone finally. Actually 9.3.2 got rid of most of it. Weird. Maybe you need to give it some time to settle.

I'm still running 9.0 and it works fine plan on keeping it that way at least until 10 arrives but won't jump right into 10 will wait several months after.

I've learned that if your device is running smoothly and great battery then there is no need to rush into these updates especially if your device came with 9.0
9.3 was the most stable update to it... a lot better battery compared to even 9.1

My device: iPad Mini 2 - iOS 9.3.2
Hopefully they've fixed the Night Shift bug where Night Shift mode sometimes remains ON outside of the scheduled window.
Plus when using the search box in Settings to search for Night Shift it doesn't find it!!

My only other bug is with gestures in trying to swipe between apps. Sometimes you have to try swiping a couple of times before it responds.

Lag hasn't been too bad but 9.3.2 is not as snappy as it was when it ran 9.0.1.

So I'm hoping 9.3.3 improves those minor but niggly things.

UPDATE
=====
Upgraded to 9.3.3 and noticing some definite improvements.
-Swiping from app to app is a little better, smoother, but still a bit of lag there. Sometimes the slow visual transition from app to app doesn't happen so that when you swipe you instantly see the next app.
-Safari tabs - in 9.3.2 when you pinched the tabs to view them all and then tried to swipe one away all it did was move that tab in front of the one next to it. So basically all I could do was rearrange my tabs. Now in 9.3.3 I can swipe away the tabs and rearrange them by holding down a tab and then moving it, which is I guess how it should work and I like how it works this way. Nice!
-Pinching to minimize apps - the transition now seems smooth again, sometimes but not always.
There were some transitions, such as launching a folder that were a little laggy at first but having launched and swiped through a number of things now it all seems much smoother.
And I might add that that is with Reduce Motion set to ON.
With Reduce Motion set to OFF everything seems a little bit smoother but still some slight lag in some places.

So i updated my 6S+ and I notice that Safari seems faster and smoother . I also noticed going between landscape and portrait is much nicer than before . My wife and I's 6S+ took 52 Meg's and took 5 minutes or so to update.

Ok, I read all your comments and decided to update my iPhone 6s to 9.3.3

I hope battery life does not suffer as I had excellent battery on 9.3

9.3.3 is probably the last update for iOS 9, and if so is where my iPhone 5c will remain. I still remember my iPhone 4 and iOS 7. I wont be tricked this time Apple......

Mini update

So Pokemon Go runs significantly smother .
I had a strange glitch editing a photo brightness level . The photo turned all white and I couldn't tell what I was doing .
I restarted my phone and tied again and it works fine

You happen to also see a correlated issue (or perhaps just coincidental) with your iPad mini 2 where when that Night Shift stuff happens, the screen also seems to wake up all by itself, automagically?
On several occasions I've reached for my iPad and it is already awake. Hmm, I think, I didn't wake it up, and I haven't gotten any notifications. It is usually in the morning, usually when not on power, and I've noticed Night Shade is on after it should have switched off. Battery life looks great (97% or whatever). But then I either sleep it with the Power/Sleep button and wake it back up, or Unlock it, the battery and time suddenly change (23%, current time). Sometimes Night Shift will then quickly switch off, sometimes it needs toggled. At first I thought it had something to do with me laying my iPad on my MacBook, that maybe the lid magnets were interfering with the Smart Cover sensors on the iPad; but I caught the iPad doing the same thing after it had spend the night on a table a few times then too. I'm wondering if the code to switch Night Shift off is wonky, waking the iPad and then hanging with the LCD on but not updating it.
