Edit:

• build 13A340 was released for iPad5,1 and iPad5,2

Let the updating and subsequent complaining about how slow the download is begin!

When you get it installed you'll find that the download is not the only thing that's slow.

Same here. I presume the update hasn't yet propagated to the relevant mirror.

You'd think they'd push it out to the mirrors before they "flipped the switch".

Don't say "it doesn't work that way", it should be set up in such a way so that it does...
