This update seems to have killed iTune as it will not start!
I am so resisting the temptation to download this update. I used to blindly hit the update button but I'm getting tired of the little minor issues...
iTunes doesn't get collections? Or is this likely for 10.2 or 10.1.2, and that 10.1.1 was just bug fixing?
I used Software Update and had no problems after the install. iTunes 10.1.1 is working fine on my MacBook running Mac OS X 10.6.5.Updated via Software Update. iTunes now crashes on launch.
Crash report attached.
Update: If after using Software Update to update to iTunes 10.1.1, iTunes crashes on launch, download and re-install from the iTunes website.
.
No issues installing or running 10.1.1.4 so far for Windows 7 (64bit).
iTunes will no longer open for me. Any solutions for this?

You are so unique and clever for making this reference.
Does this fix the iTunes starting all by itself out of the blue problem?
After update I'm now getting The iphone cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred (13019). ... Trick didn't work, time to reinstall iTunes to see if that works.

Yes. Re-download from the Apple site and install over.

I suspect that some servers may have bad uploads.
Are you saying that Apple update packages don't have signatures or checksums to detect errors during downloads? That's so 1980's....
I hope the stupid tagging bug from 10.1 is fixed.
When I edit the tags in my music library, the track disappears from album and shows as a blank file in library.
Restarting iTunes fixes the problem
