nope nothing really new, the wifi sync settings etc all show up when u plug in your iPhone on iOS5 and u still need to wait for Lion 10..7.2 to take advantage of the iCloud features too
Is anyone else experiencing the same problem...
Since updating, i cant get my iTunes window to stay shut, When i close it it waits a minute or so then launches itself again, nothing plugged and nothing syncing to make it launch again, its bugging me now
it does this on every computer that has iTunes 10.5 and is using iOS 5 GM
does not happen on my computer that is using iTunes 10.5 and iOS 4. bug?

probably wont see if this gets fixed till iTunes 10.5.1 which wont be for awhile or maybe even 10.5.2? :\
No you don't. You can initiate a wifi sync manually when not charging.
Actually I'm running iOS 5 GM and iTunes 10.5 but haven't been experiencing this. Yet

Link in Update 2 isn't working
when is iCloud control panel for windows coming out? with iCloud on oct 12?
Get ready for frustration folks. iTunes Match is infuriating with large libraries. I narrowed my library to 24995 songs and it matched 12000.
Is that actually true for any of the iTunes iCloud features? I was under the impression that iCloud for iTunes is completely contained in the iTunes app itself.
iTunes match is not yet released. It's still beta and under testing.
It's not even included in this version of iTunes.

as far as i know u need 10.7.2 of Lion
this is mine on the GM

and u also need a new iPhoto etc update to support the iCloud. The iCloud obvs isnt live yet, all i can do so far is "FindMyMac"
the Apps, iBooks, Music stuff is just the "previously purchased" tab on your iTunes store on the iPhone/iPad with an Cloud icon, nothing new on iTunes itself. cant really explain it but no, nothing really new to see on iTunes itself
Possibly a stupid question, but does iCloud work on OS 10.6 or is it 10.7 only?

Is iTunes Match music only?

It missed an album I bought on iTunes!
freaking retards... I always update everything right away to the latest versions ... We're not talking about an experimental new midication here ...
I think I have discovered a flaw. It does this on my home MacBook Pro and my work Windows 7 machine.
Let's say I want to play some Nine Inch Nails. I keep my Column Browser always on top. So I click in the Artist column and hit the 'N' key. This brings me to the first artist that begins with 'N'. Then I use my trackpad or mouse wheel to scroll on down to 'Ni..." but with this release it jumps back to the very top of the list.
