Ive noticed that too on my 2012 MacBook Pro

I'm on a 2013 Retina MacBook Pro and iTunes scrolling lagged as much as my iPad 3. Now it's buttery smooth except for when I open a large (80 item) album, but even that's improved.

MASSIVE BUG.

Be wary. It's just gone and screwed up every one of my playlists with completely random songs. Not affecting smart playlists. This is a massive pain.

I'm experiencing the same and worse.

Some of my songs appear as duplicates, but when I hit play they are both different songs, and one of them is completely wrong in its Name/Artists.

My El Capitan is having issues downloading 12.2 dammit. seems to end up backtracking to being only 25Mb downloaded, but sure it's been at 55Mb 3 times already... grr. I'm on fibre optic, shouldn't be this bad

Don't want no watch

Don't want no streaming music service

Don't want no in app ads

Don't want to be constantly marketed to...

yes please let us know!

Ok I just got this

"Song" was not copied to the iPod because Apple Music songs cannot be copied to an iPod.

So you cannot send Apple Music songs to iPods.

I don't think you could burn a CD either, but haven't tried (no CD drive).

Well, Apple Music hasn't quite got the start times down like Spotify. If I click on any Spotify on my diabolical home internet even with quality settings set to "Extreme" (which is higher than Apple Music) it plays within half a second. Apple Music is more like 3-4 seconds until start at the moment.

I'd give them a pass on the servers being utterly battered, but for me its been the same with iTunes match for the past 3 years which is why I almost never bothered to use it. iTunes Match only worked well for me when I was on my works gigabit internet connection :/

I'm hoping in a few days this wont be the case with Apple Music and if so, they need to prioritise beating Spotify on that for me to swap, it needs to feel quick and snappy. Not something Apple's online services have ever been famed for.

I can't add anything to my music or a playlist for some reason. Nothing happens after I click on either option. Even songs i've added to my music on the iPad haven't appeared in iTunes on the Mac :S

Same as well. Did either of you use iTunes Match? My smart playlists are fine, because they won't go up into the cloud in the first place. I think that iTunes is overwriting my library with extremely old iTunes Match data. Or at least that's my guess.

Also, you can turn off Apple Music for the short term and restore your library; Apple was at least smart enough to create a backup in the Previous iTunes Libraries folder next to your library file. Guess they knew it was buggy as hell.

That'd be it. incredibly annoying. How do I get it back?

Yes, I used iTunes Watch previously, but stopped some time ago because it never worked correctly for me.

But this, this is a huge mess. Let me try and recover my library, because somehow all the groupings I've made and ratings have somehow disappeared in many songs.

My Apple Music albums are greyed out in iTunes 12.2. Anyone else not able to play the music they saved?
Same here I reckon it has got to do with iTunes match. DO u notice how u all reference to iTunes match is gone.
