Did they fix iTunes Match? Nope it is still a mess so where can I get my refund for iTunes Match do I need to call Taylor Swift.
Apple Music Connect needs to be web based or forget it. Nobody is going to use iTunes as a standalone social music app. It will only succeed if you can share content on Facebook and Twitter.
So apparently you need to have $10 of iTunes store credit to try the free trial? ._.
no a credit card

My iTunes Match is fine![]()
People still use audio CD's as a medium to pirate music? That's so 1998.Darn that Apple company for preventing people from stealing music, or otherwise using the service in a manner not intended.
/sarcasm off
I hope there is a blog / post / explanation of what itunes match people should know or do, with this new music service. I have been a itunes match user for 2 years now. Do I keep using it, and subscribe to this? Or stick with itunes match? More info needs to be given from apple.
My Playlists are completely ****ed up
I don't know what they're doing with the subscriptions, but this has been addressed in their FAQ's. iTunes Match will continue as an independent service, so you can subscribe to Match but not Apple Music. However, Apple Music uses Match on the backend to put your library in the cloud, so subscribing to Apple Music means you no longer need to subscribe to iTunes Match. I canceled my auto-renewal.
Tell me about it. Loaded iTunes holding down either alt key or command key. chose library, iTunes folder, previous libraries, picked one from about an hour ago before I chose to use this ****** service. Asked if I wanted to integrate with iCloud. Clicked no. All back to normal. No stupid cloud icons, playlists back to normal.

I hope so cause I turned off iTunes Match on my iPhone and it removed all the songs from my music and left only the songs that I purchased and or added to my library via Apple Music. When I turned iTunes Match back on it re added all the songs it removed. This could also be because I'm still waiting for Apple to release iTunes 12.2 for Windows.
I've been a Match sub for years now. Everything that is supposed to be on is on and same for things that are supposed to be off. I wanted to see what would happen if I turned off iTunes Match. My music app froze and when it unfroze all the music in my library (25,000) only showed music and I had just added via Apple Music and my purchased music. Again I have yet to get the new iTunes update and suspect that I need to use Apple Music on iTunes and sign in that way so it can actually see the tracks on my hard drive. Again not sure though.Do you have Apple Music on your iPhone? I no longer see a Match setting, it's "iCloud Library", which as a Match subscriber was automatically turned on for me already. Or at least I assume it's because I am a Match subscriber, my friend is not and this setting was turned off for him, and he also had to flip a switch to see everything and not just what's stored locally, so basically the Apple Music equivalent of turning Match "on".
I find it somewhat annoying that in order to add a song to a playlist, you either first have to add it to your music collection, or go into the album view. Too many clicks.
Same. Ugh.![]()
