Apple Releases Mac OS X 10.6.5

combos

Update combos go live immediately on Software Update at least.

The .dmg file link is another matter though...

AirPrint is a no go,

I have an HP printer plugged into my iMac and Shared turned on, and it will not find my printer on my iPad running last weeks build iOS 4.2 GM.

Same here as well :( Was really looking forward to it as well, even got up a test website page to print.

Well I am using the 10.6.5 that was given to developers about a month ago. Software update does not give me any updates so I am assuming I will have to wait for the links to be posted.

Of course if AirPrint is not working, I may stick with what I have.

EVERYONE must be checking Software Update 'cause it's taking many minutes for the dialog to pop up. Ah…. there it is.

517.3 mb for MacOS X and 224.4 mb for MainStage (for Logic Studio). I think I'll get the OS first, reboot, then add the other.

Using the Combo update has no benefit over 'Software Update'. For some reason people just think it's more magical. It's psychosomatic.

If you're at 10.6.4 the Combo update doesn't do any more or less than the Delta update.

It has helped botched software updates in the past.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8B117 Safari/6531.22.7)

Any news if Airprint works for shared non-HP printers? I heard some speculation that only HP is blocked to try to get you to buy their new ones.

I don't really know what benefits me in this update buuuuuut... yaaaayy!

Same here. I don't see why I need to upgrade just yet. I running fine right now. It would be nice if this update included the AirPrint feature for the upcoming iOS 4.2. I still wanna see a major MacBook Pro update still. We have the iPhone 4, the new Macbook Air, and the Mac Pro is to much to buy, now lets have a MBP update.

Any word if AirPrint works when the printer is plugged directly into the Airport base station?
