Using the Combo update has no benefit over 'Software Update'. For some reason people just think it's more magical. It's psychosomatic.

If you're at 10.6.4 the Combo update doesn't do any more or less than the Delta update.

Some of us have more then one Mac to update. Also, as others have said, the combo can be used to recover from a bad update via Software Update.

Count me in waiting for the combo update.

Well I am using the 10.6.5 that was given to developers about a month ago. Software update does not give me any updates so I am assuming I will have to wait for the links to be posted.

Of course if AirPrint is not working, I may stick with what I have.

I am in the same boat. My MacBook Pro with developer's 10.6.5 give about a month ago with iOS 4.2 does not have any updates. However, my Mac mini server has 10.6.5 server update.

Does this update forces iTunes update too?

I hate the tiny album covers in iTunes 10.

Sorry to sound like a "noob" but some people here are able to view their download speeds. How can you view it through Software Update?

I only just found out that you can view your download speed within iTunes by clicking on the download bar! :p

Geeze, did you have to go and ruin it for them? Some individuals need to live in "Their World" without being disrupted! :apple:

I'd like to have feedback about that too! Hope this work, since my printer is connected on APE :)

My printer was originally plugged into my Airport Extreme, but my iPad would not recognizing it, so I plugged it in directly to my iMac, and I got the same result "No Printer Found"

Use iStat Pro to check mine. Software Update doesn't show download speeds. you can also see download speeds in Safari.

Can someone please test with 4.2 GM and see if airprint works?

Build 10H568 works with 4.2 GM. I can't direct print to networked HP all in one, but if I have my Mac connected it will "share" the printer. Not sure if that's always been how it was supposed to work or not. Would like to see direct print capability.
