Wonder if they'll fix the issue with integrated graphics not fully coming out of sleep mode speed and staying in low power. Bug has been around forever in MBPs with only a reboot fixing it. Heres to hoping!

If all the rumors from Mark Gurman, Jon Prosser, and L0vetodream are to be believed, we still have two more Apple events. One in October for the iPhones, AirPods Studio, and AirTags. And one in November for new ARM Macs.
If this is true, that could possibly mean that Big Sur won’t launch until November.
Personally, I hope this is true. An extra month of beta testing for this big of an update can’t hurt anything. Wait until it’s fully ready for public consumption.
And please, apple, no matter what you do, give developers more than one day to update their apps.
As for Catalina, as this is the cut off point for several 2012 and 2013 Macs, I don’t think 10.15.7 Will be the last release.

First-ing? Really? And you weren't even first lol.

I'm gonna speculate that this release probably means Big Sur is still a ways out. Like late Oct or early Nov time frame.

Presumably, Big Sur is going to be released when the first Apple silicon machine(s) is (are) released. Judging by the Late 2013 Mac Pro and the iMac Pro, "before the end of the year" means sometime in December (in the case of the Mr. Fusion Mac Pro, December 21 iirc).

Probably it's too early, but I am a bit excited right now. I have just installed 10.15.7 and I cannot reproduce the flickering on my Mac Pro 2013 with dual D500 graphic cards, yet. I know the newest update is supposed to fix the graphical glitches, which looks to be the same as with my Mac Pro, for the new iMac 27".

I am eager to hear from you all. 😀

I hope this fixes the crashing issues that I started having with my Thunderbolt 2 Display once 10.15.6 came out, but I'm not holding my breath.

19H2, that’s unusually short and small.

Just checked the version history of macOS, this is the first time with only 1 digit after the alphabet.
It’s probably a renamed version of the beta they put out a few weeks ago. 9to5Mac reported it as being publicly available but it was only ever intended for developers.
