How can you tell which versions you are downloading. I downloaded the beta yesterday and the GM is out today - how do I tell the version I am now downloading?
You need to dig into basesystem dmgMy question exactly on the previous page![]()
There will be no substantive changes between your build and this one. The rate of change dwindled to a few bugs fixed per day weeks ago.Mine has been a bit buggy. Hopefully better in the GM.
Not getting it yet, though.
I'm reading 17A362a
Sorry folks but if you read developer instructions you have to manually download this via the beta utility. I did this and the new installer shows as created 9th September, then download update from there. In process of installing let you folks know the result on the other side...Also note this is not the GM but a GM candidate maybe be more updates yet
Just started the download. The App Store is sometimes completely messed up on Beta 9 and sometimes looks normal and again I have to use the full installer because nothing showed up in updates like several betas before and I have to download the full installer.
New App Store coming?![]()
Yup. Just enroll again to download and reinstall beta access utility. As a public tester, I can't access the macos developer beta access utility. And no updates are available in the App Store.
To do a FRESH install, do you have to go back to the Beta Software Program and get the macOS Beta link, would that be the last GM? Or is it still the build before that?
Am downloading from the public now, just not sure if it's the GM or not, because no updates were shown in the App Store.Yup. Just enroll again to download and reinstall beta access utility.
