Still not seeing it in the UK. ⌘+R brings up Sonoma 14.7.2 but Sequoia still 15.1.1 (MacBook Pro M3).

running 18.2 iOS update on my 16 ProMax right now, but 15.2 MacOS won't show up as an option on my 16" MBP M2 Max....

That could be 15.2 RC for all we know. But why are we obsessing over whether 15.2 is showing off on the OTA or not? macOS almost always trails other OS updates by dozens of minutes.

Cmd+R refreshes the Software Update settings so that it checks for updates again.

build number is 24C101 which is not the same as the rc 2

Still no MacOS update here, but in the meantime, I have to say that 18.2 was the fastest installing iOS update I can remember in quite a while. My phone flew through that install- a pleasant surprise!
