This looks similar to what I was getting except first aid couldn’t fix it even in recovery mode- it just warned me to back everything up. I do have two different TM backups because of the issues in the past.

The crashing of the computer is a sign the corruption is bad. It’s one thing for it to glitch for a second or make me re-login, but with the first computer that has the issue, the crashing got worse and worse over time. I have always loved my Apple products for reliability, but it is clear there is some issue with TM- I really wish Apple would address this. They have probably 250 crash reports from my first computer alone.

I’m waiting for the new laptops and I’m looking forward to downgrading it to Ventura to have the same OS in both machines.

Is it not possible??
I believe there are ways to downgrade on a new Mac. I think if you have a Time Machine backup with it, you can do it that way... but I wouldn't count no Time Machine anymore, hah.

If you're waiting for new MacBook models which only shipped with macOS Sonoma you won't be able to install macOS Ventura on them.
