Hopefully it fixed a lot more Mail issues than that!

Nowhere to be found in App Store. Located din Norway.

Don't really care about Mavericks, upgraded to El Capitan a couple of months ago, enjoying speed and stability.
Just looked at the full El Capitan file on Mac App store & it has been updated. Wondering if we have to do Full Install again over Beta. Currently on Beta & not seeing an update.

The OS X 10.11.2 update can be downloaded through the Software Update mechanism in the Mac App Store. It is currently rolling out to all users who are running OS X El Capitan and should be available soon.
I'm still on Mavericks 
Honestly it's been super stable for me and I've been hesitant to ugprade. Probably will jump once El Cap hits .3 though.
