They appear to either be having some server issues, their servers are getting slammed, or they're doing some massive throttling. I can download the first ~125 MB in about a two seconds on my gigabit fiber connection, but then it slows to a crawl. I've cancelled and restarted the 716 MB download numerous times but the issue persists.

Same, 716MB here for my Macbook Air 11 (Early 2015). It downloaded the first 200MB super fast and now it's saying 18mins and counting up and up.

lol now showing 38 minutes left. 47 minutes left! 49! 55! 1 hour 15 minutes! Keeps going up and up

It's my wife's MacBook and it's on 10.11.5.
No other updates are available.
Maybe it's because of the german language pack.

Can't crosscheck with my MacBook / iMac. Both are already on 10.12 for developing.
