Thanks, looks like I now know at least one ISP to avoid if I travel overseas.

On topic: Is DP3 stable enough for an iMac 8,1? I dual booted DP2 with Mavericks and it slowed my mac to a crawl.

Actually I'm pretty sure VM is the highest rated ISP in the UK. I've had no problems with them and the service has been lightning fast.

I have a question I am hoping someone can answer: I recently switched to Safari from Google Chrome as Chrome took up too much memory with the multitude of tabs I keep open (in 10.9).

In Yosemite, Safari is very very slow when opening a new tab, taking in the seconds to being able to actually type a URL in the bar. Maybe 1-2 seconds. Do other people notice this? Is this going to be fixed, or a cause of the buggy nature of DP3. One of the reported benefits of 10.10 was Safari was supposed to be faster, but that is not my experience in the slightest...

NB: I am using a current generation rMBP with 8gb of ram and a 512GB SSD and Safari is slow even after a fresh reboot with one tab open.

Thanks.

I don't like Quicktime's new Yosemite darker icon, it's not really as flat as the other new icons anyway and it is too dark and boring.
