Mojave actually seems to have fixed (fingers crossed) a problem on my late-2013 15" MBP where it would freeze when I picked up and moved the laptop. I figured it was a logic board problem but since I installed Mojave it stopped happening.

Is APFS for Fusion Drives included in this beta?

I formatted my fusion drive with APFS during the High Sierra beta and never converted back. It can’t get any worse with the Mojave Public Beta.

I did the APFS convert in Mojave Beta 1, with no problems

Edit: double posted. Sorry :)

I have a 2017 rMPB TB (2.9ghz, 16gb, Radeon 560) and Mojave bombed Lightroom. Getting ready to load up Beta 2 and see if it offers any improvements.

As far as i've tested, it's quite painful to use (lags in the sliders, beachballs after simple corrections and such)
It works but barely usable. (When it comes to LR at least)

Tried loading Mojave beta 1 on my 2012 rMBP and nothing would load once macOS came up....every app would fail that was made by Apple....sigh.

My Mac has become a minor part of my workflow so it’s not mission critical. I do all of my Lightroom editing on my iPad and to a lesser extent on my iPhone on location. It’s amazing how far iOS has come.

But seeing the responses from beta users tells me I should wait for a couple more betas as I still use Lightroom on macOS to export and share photos with my clients.

Please report back if you find that beta 2 fixed your Lightroom crashes.

I have a 2015 iMac 5K with 3TB Fusion Drive. What is your storage?
The first public beta did not let me install on my 3TB Fusion drive that had a Bootcamp partition on it. Do you know if that's fixed now?

I was having a headphone bug— audio would be very soft when I plugged my Bose QC15's into my 2017 MacBook Pro 13 (no Touch Bar). Downloading PB2 to see if the issue is resolved.

EDIT: False alarm. The headphone cable is frayed above the remote. That's why the sound isn't coming through. There is no bug.

Post Update: I still stand by the initial comments about my experience with Mojave.

------

It does slow down computer. Noticeably.

I installed it on my 2017 13" TB model and I can clearly see that things started to become sluggish. Stuff like app opening time, system information access time, preferences pane opening time & the apps within it etc.

------

The accent color bug is fixed. Good to see. But chrome DevTools checkbox issue is till here.

I haven't installed Mojave yet. I was curious if anyone has had any problems. I need to backup my computer first, but I need a larger external HD before I take the plunge.

Oh I don't have a Bootcamp partition on my Fusion Drive.

Maybe read the threads about it?

Downloading - the only bug that has impacted me is that it won't connect to Starbucks Wifi... usually it auto connects and that public page opens telling me to spend more money during their next happy hour. When I get to the store now that same window opens but it is blank and says it can not connect, despite multiple refreshes. This leads me to be connected but without internet access.
I also have this issue with MacOS Mojave Beta 1. However, there is an easy fix by typing this link into Safari:
http://captive.apple.com/hotspot-detect.html
This link will take you to the login page in the browser and allows you to login/ accept terms and conditions. If that link doesn't work, you can also try this link which should do the same thing:
http://192.1681.1

On 15" MBP late-2013 it definitely doesn't feel slower, pretty much the same.
