Ah I’m excited

When my USB-C to SATA Startech peripheral arrives, I’m gonna load this baby up on a $30 120GB PNY SSD I just bought

Haven’t really experienced with a new macOS since early builds of High Sierra, where i wasn’t impressed since I ended up going back to Sierra on my nTB 2016

Maybe read the threads about it?
Searched for it. I even created a thread about it which no one replied. No ome has ever mentioned that. I don't want to download the second PB until someone else has an answer. I think the problem is with APFS trying to convert the Fusion Drive but doesn't like Bootcamp being there (Apple muat have memtioned it in the release notes). If the final version of Mojave will be released like this I have a lot of work to do. Windows backups and so on

Am I correct and dynamic desktop is not enabled yet in beta version?
It's in there and available for use.

It has always been enabled, PB1 and PB2.

Can anyone comment on whether 32-bit applications will launch and run? Thx.
32-Bit apps launch and run just fine... you just get a warning notification that they need to be updated or are not optimized.

kernel panic on every reboot. takes 5 mins to get to desktop then a note about it disabling some stuff. beta 1 was working ok. :/

I was thoroughly unimpressed by the features (or lack thereof) announced in MacOS Mojave, which made me apathetic enough to install Public Beta 2 on my 2017 15” MacBook Pro.

Now, I am extremely impressed with its performance and overall polish. Even huge, resource-intensive apps like Logos Bible Software seem to open in a fraction of the time and respond more smoothly than under High Sierra. In fact, I feel invested enough to have used Feedback Assistant several times in one hour to help Apple quash even more bugs.

If Apple’s engineers continue this trend until the final release, I dare say Mojave will be the next Snow Leopard, which remains legendary for its stability, fit, and finish.

Just downloaded...News app still is very slow and jitters. Lot of work to do still on the Marzipan stuff...not complaining, just saying that it still feels very emulated.

There are just a few iPhone apps included with Mojave so far and I can't see any performance differences never slow nor jittery. Or are you referring to some apps from developers?

What does this mean? I am typing this response on a MBA running Mojave beta 3 and it runs superbly, IMO.
They removed the subpixel antialiasing and on non-retina displays this makes the text fonts look thin and blurry.

Text on a MacBook Air is thin and blurry regardless of the OS.

Are you running Mojave on an Air? It makes it much much worse.

I tried updating last night using the Software Update in System Preferences, with no luck, it gave a few errors, then pressing "Update Now" just said "Download and Restart" and never gave a progress of when it would update. Ideas? Am I better off downloading the installer itself again?

EDIT: After some restarts, it seems to be working now... Downloading the update for PB 2. :)

Apple doesnt release changelogs for betas, they never had and probably never will. So its for users to figure out what changed and that takes a while.
They somewhat do. It's called Release Notes.

Dark Mode is a return to the old displays when the Mac was first released. It is much easy to read black text on white background than the other way round.

Latest (since 10.10) MacOs got too white because of the new (horrible) graphic style, so much to get annoying. Previous MacOSs had a gray chrome and more colorful interface elements so they where much nicer to the eye. So now they introduce dark mode to "compensate", but it's an horrible solution and a 30 years step backward. Apple has totally lost his human interface abilities.
