God, what a difference PB2 makes over PB1 on my iPhone 6. Everything is much snappier and back to almost the speed it was back in iOS 10.
How's the battery life? I ended up regressing to iOS 10. Couldn't make it through the day with full charge on the iPhone 6 and two apple smart battery cases.

Oh that and videos in safari were beyond buggy.

yeah so my battery is now decreasing 1% every 10 or so seconds. it was incredibly bad on pb1 and so far pb2 is worse. also, SUPER laggy across the board. perhaps i have some app(s) causing the issue though instead of it being an os issue. who knows. running on 6S+.

i have not tried a restore yet. that will likely have to be done as it's almost unusable at this point.

Sadly PB2 is already worse than PB1 on my iPad mini 4. Split screen still doesn’t work & within 20 minutes of installing!have been thrown back to the login screen twice. App icons also can’t make their mind up on their spacing & layout. Roll on PB3!

Thank the maker. What a wonderful pre beta test that was. I think I didn’t have a single day I wasn’t in that feedback up giving something.

since iOs shows many changes I was really wanting to try it but I suppose the Beta still has battery issues and I am afraid it will ruin my Apple Watch's battery as well.

I suppose waiting 2 months until it's complete may be worth .... unless someone confirms battery life is OK and it doesn't mess up the watch.

My phone is smoking hot right now though so that doesn't bode well for the battery lol. But I'll have to test it out later throughout the day to see how it fares.

It's actually much smoother on the 7 plus. No major issues at all that I can see. Animation issues and app switcher problems are all gone. Definitely good to go as a daily driver.

I actually had *major* issues. Worse than any beta I’ve ever installed. To the point I was going to revert to 10.3.3 (actually downloaded the 10.3.2 restore image).

Interestingly enough - my backup had the beta profile in it. So it was a fresh install of 10.3.2 and then upgraded to the 3rd iOS 11 developer beta and reinstalled all apps.

I was pissed at first that it upgraded back to the iOS 11 beta - BUT, seems significantly more stable after the fresh install / upgrade and reinstall of apps. I’m not seeing the issues that prompted me to restore 10.3.

It takes about a day or so to get any real reading on battery life. It takes a while for the OS to re-index everything for spotlight, start going through your photos to do all the extra deep-learning stuff, etc.

Gauging battery life on what it's doing that first several hours (or day) after an OS upgrade (especially a major one) isn't going to tell you anything.

Why is this still not showing up for me? I have deleted and reinstalled the profile multiple times and still nothing

I have an iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 10.2 at the moment. Contemplating to either test jailbreak or go for this beta..

Update has been better for me! Much faster and my apps finally updated from the app store.

What were your steps to get the current beta when the issue occurred? Just curious for others. For me, I have just done updates normally from 10.3.2 to 10.3.3 beta to 11 beta. I am on the developer profile. No major issues.

Annoying new bug seems to have been introduced on my iPad Mini 4. Exit any app using home button and scroll towards the home/notification screen - on my device this causes the grey spinning wheel on a black background and then onto the login screen.

I have to say "Hey Siri" is much more alert in this build than on my iOS 10 iPad. Gives me hope.

is anyone here using the swift playgrounds app by any chance? it's not working properly for me..

batt life (incl strange readings that seemed to go down then up without actually charging the phone) have been occurring the entire time since i was on pb1. along with the phone running hot at times when i wasn't using it. i'll see if things get back to "normal" after some time. right now the lag is 5-20 seconds to do just about anything on the phone.
