Fixed a strange blip in the original Developer B4 on my 11” iPad Pro that broke FaceID. Installed the update, recalibrated FaceID and all is well again.

These iPadOS 17 Betas have been very solid overall.

First public beta wasn’t as great as I was used to be in my iPhone 13, I even had a gigantic system crash with windows floating all over the place and unresponsive phone screen free a CarPlay ride which was unusual for a public beta, dev is better for me.
Let me guess, you had updated from 16. When changing ios major software update, always restore your phone as new. I didn't have a single issue so far.

What happened to my last post. Nothing wrong was said only the truth. Now macrunors is censoring people. Exactly why I don’t post anymore.

as of newest dev beta yesterday my verification texts don’t auto delete. I have the clean up automatically setting on.

I’ve also never seen live voicemail work do I need to anything to turn it on?

Live Voicemail is on by default when you install the beta. The option is under Phone in settings. It doesn't work for me, either.

Still have that bug i've sent in reports about since ios 16, where often (not always) the homescreen wallpapers' color saturation will dull within a second or two, once you unlock your phone and homescreen appears. You can really see the difference if both your lockscreen and homescreen are set to the same wallpaper.

edit: Video example attached. Happens at the 2 second mark

I've never experienced such bug ever.

I'm still seeing it maybe once per day, but definitely better than PB1.
Completely fixed here, havent seen it once since the update. I assume back on public beta 1 you restored your phone as new right? As we should do always on a major software update.

Is it that much more stable than iOS 14, 15 and 16 ?
Because reading the release notes, there's more known issues than ever before. Maybe they're just being more transparent about them?
Ignore most people here, I have had 0 issues with this beta, the only thing you need to do is install it as a fresh new phone, no backups, no iclouds.
