yes! I thought I was doing something wrong, or Apple Music UI was just awful.

Did we get anything new in this build, such as wallpapers? Those usually start to show up around now I think?

There is a very peculiar bug in beta 5:

Take a screenshot on iPhone (8 in my case). Open Photos on macOS Big Sur beta 5 and copy that screenshot PNG to the Mac. Now, open that PNG and make some edits to it. Try saving it as a JPEG or even as a PNG itself. The resultant save will go absolutely white. This is on a MacBook Air 2017 and iPhone 8. No clue for other newer devices.

Beta 5 was pretty buggy compared to the first 2 or 3 betas. 11 minutes to go on the download and then we'll see. I'm happy to read Music play ability got fixed in this one.

Been that way for awhile. Still a lot of third party apps to check for compatibility though. google Drive? I bet google is still too lazy, stupid google

so my Apple Watch unlock hasn’t been working for sometime...

just installed new beta and now I can’t even access Security and Privacy, it errors with this message before you make any changes.

I keep getting “download failed”. Any suggestions about how to fix this?

My 2018 Mac Mini gave this error a couple of times. On the third try it decided to go for the full installer instead of the delta (presently in progress.)

Oddly, I have no feedback on my bug cases around these things ! Installing atm so we'll see if the other issues i had with music are sorted too.
