Apple Releases Sixth Beta of macOS Big Sur to Developers [Updated]

100% guess on timelines:
- iOS & iPadOS 14 - Sept
- macOS 11 - Oct
- iOS & iPadOS 14.1 - Oct
Finally fixed Apple Music so you can play songs directly! They broke it 2 betas ago (could not play direct from Album Art, had to select song and then move up to hit play on top)
yes! I thought I was doing something wrong, or Apple Music UI was just awful.
Did we get anything new in this build, such as wallpapers? Those usually start to show up around now I think?
There is a very peculiar bug in beta 5:
Take a screenshot on iPhone (8 in my case). Open Photos on macOS Big Sur beta 5 and copy that screenshot PNG to the Mac. Now, open that PNG and make some edits to it. Try saving it as a JPEG or even as a PNG itself. The resultant save will go absolutely white. This is on a MacBook Air 2017 and iPhone 8. No clue for other newer devices.

I have a 2nd partition still trying to download. The first one downloaded quick, this second one this taking forever
Beta 5 was pretty buggy compared to the first 2 or 3 betas. 11 minutes to go on the download and then we'll see. I'm happy to read Music play ability got fixed in this one.
Been that way for awhile. Still a lot of third party apps to check for compatibility though. google Drive? I bet google is still too lazy, stupid google

EDIT: Now (3rd try) it's downloading 11,24GB instead of ~3GB...
Apple Watch Beta 7 broke the unlock with Apple Watch, not fixed yet. Anyone have ideas?

that is weird, works for me, but unlock stopped working with apple watch beta 7
My 2018 Mac Mini gave this error a couple of times. On the third try it decided to go for the full installer instead of the delta (presently in progress.)
Oddly, I have no feedback on my bug cases around these things ! Installing atm so we'll see if the other issues i had with music are sorted too.
