I still don't see the DP3

US Central Time. I've launched App Store, and says "no updates available"

Looks like the updates are rolled out based on region/something else.
CA, USA here and no updates.

plugged in and fully charged? thats the new icon i am getting when its fully charged and plugged in but for some reason the flash screams ERROR to me. irritating

My mistake. I thought this was supposed to be the new charging icon.

Um, the extensions in Safari are not working, I'm not even able to turn them on. Anyone else?

For those wondering about SMS relay...

From the DP 8 release notes.

SMS Note

- SMS Continuity is not currently available for testing. It will be available in October via a free update to iOS 8.

Also, for those who are using FileVault...

Installation Known Issue

- Users with automatic installation of updates enabled will not be automatically logged in after reboot from installing Developer Preview 8. If FileVault is enabled, the system will shut down if the user does not log in shortly after reboot.

DP8 installed, was 948mb on my 2010 MacBook.

Lightning fast and feels much smoother than DP7. Just hoping Preview and Quicktime are fixed, kept getting a weird bug where they'd eventually not open but wouldn't force quit either and prevented a shut down.

Not sure I care for the new battery icon very much.

Where are the release notes of the dp..?

Did they finally fix the Top Sites button in Safari so it is white like all the other buttons, rather than gray?
