I liked this show. It was different from other post apocalyptic shows I have seen before. I was kind of disappointed that they revealed sighted people other than the twins so early though.
I mean, it's only one other person other than the twins. And that other person explains the existence of the twins. Trying to be vague.

Methinks apple should stick to what it's good at. It's not good at producing media. 'See' is an example.
If not for Apple, the world would be a lot poorer in terms of entertainment. Some of the very best shows of 2019-2021 are Apple exclusives, shows which likely wouldn't have been given a real chance on services like Netflix. Ted Lasso would never have been picked up by Netflix. Never. Apple was one of the last bidders on it - and look how that turned out.

you are woefully uninformed.
No. I would say you are actually the uninformed one. Apple series have received near unanimous critical and viewer praise. Just wait a bit and all these shows you look down on will be up there in the Ted Lasso sphere of popularity.

Was hoping season 2 of See would have been released BEFORE my FREE period was up.

Sadly, that didn't happen, just Terminated the service a few days ago so I wouldn't be hit with a first month's charge !

See was the ONLY thing I watched (with enthusiasm) on their service.

The last episode of season 1 was fantastic !

Agreeing or disagreeing with an opinion is one thing, but this right here is a lie, you can verify it in the most popular review sites and you will see the reviews have been mostly mixed to negative. If you don't believe me take a look at Rotten Tomatoes, Variety, Roger Ever, Metacritic, etc., there is rarely a praise in those reviews.

There’s nothing very good on AppleTV+. Ted Lasso is decent, but not must-see.

I had a hard time getting into Season 1, but I felt like it picked up the pace and ended the season strong. Will watch Season 2!

Relieved that this got a second season - it was very quiet about whether it would be coming back for a long time. I find the suspension of disbelief hilarious given the success of GoT, the Witcher, Lord of the Rings, Spongebob Squarepants. There are a huge amount of shows where our current science don't exist and they are great.

Nice! Love this show! It got a lot of critical hate - I chalk that up to the critics not being able to use their imagination for a little. There's so much different in this world, and you have to give the benefit of the doubt that blind people could evolve into such an advanced culture and still retain the various abilities they have in the show (like riding horses, etc.). There's an in-universe explanation for most of the so called inconsistencies if you give the show a chance and buy into its universe.

Looking forward!

my uncle was fully blind. He would often do things that freaked people out. Once he was counseling someone about their bad choices. He was speaking for a while and then in mid sentence stopped and said “Hey, hold your head up and look at me when I am talking to you!”
The person almost jumped out of their shoes. They were standing face to face at the time my uncle was talking. The person was listening, but he was steering downwards.
Blind people are amazing.

The first few episodes started strong (especially the opening) but the middle episodes were plodding and a struggle to get through. It picked up near the end. Overall a pretty good, weird at times show.

Hopefully they gauged audiences to improve for Season 2.
Yeah, it wasn’t bad, but it can definitely use some improvement. Another show, Mankind, doesn’t seem to need any improvement, it’s great.

Really? I could hardly watch E1..

This and Mythic Quest are the only two shows (so far), that I've binged watched when they came out. Can't wait.

For all those who gave up after the first episode, give it another shot and stick with it. I loved the first season. Beautiful cinematography, some great performances and interesting characters. Yes there are weaker episodes as with any show but I genuinely rated this as one of Apple's best shows. It definitely itches that Game of Thrones scratch.

Come on now Apple I can’t wait; I love this dystopian show. Perfect timing , I’ve just kicked off yet another one year freebie AppleTV+ sub through my work iPhone upgrade/Apple account :p. Nothing yet for buying the M1 iMac only 3 mths Apple Arcade for the M1 iPad Pro.
