I looked again today at my ATV4k on tvOS 13. No choice for the undersea screensavers. Just the same old Aerial and default ones.

Everything else works great.
Same here. Same screensavers. I don't have any games, or apps that take up a lot of storage. Mostly streaming apps, which are pretty small files.

Ha. The day after I posted this. They're showing up now in the Aerial section. I've seen the jellyfish, seals and one other one.

Stunned to learn (following my update) that multiple users doesn't support different home screen layouts, etc. Combined with the total absence of security, (e.g., my kids can just switch to my account and enjoy the same lack of restrictions that I have) this is a truly useless feature.

As someone who dearly misses Up Next (instead of ads) on the Home Screen, I've discovered a workaround hiding in plain sight...

Just get in the habit of toggling the TV and Menu buttons on the remote:
  • The TV button takes you to Up Next (inside the TV app)
  • The Menu button takes you to the Home Screen
Sure, that's been there all along but as an Up Next addict, I never actually opened the TV app, so I never gave the TV button a single press (just a double press for multitasking).

Of course, to restore full ad-free functionality of Up Next on the Home Screen, provide feedback at:

I like to use the NBC News app to watch MSNBC, and I used to use the triple-click accessibility shortcut to turn on Close captions. But since I updated the TV OS, the CC is no longer working in this app. (It still seems to work in some other apps I use.) Anyone notice this issue ?

I had no idea that existed - thank you!

My AirPods no longer show up in the Play long-press menu since updating to 13. I have to go to Settings | Whatever | Bluetooth and connect them the old fashioned way.

They will show up once if I reboot the Apple TV, but as soon as I pair them with my iPhone, they no longer show up in the Apple TV list.

Never had a problem with the previous version of tvOS (other than sometimes being slow to show up).

Has anyone lose seen this? Kind of takes the way the magic.
