still tells me 2.2.2 is current. Im running 10.0.1 GM on my phone.

EDIT... Rebooting both phone and watch. Removed the beta profiles a couple days ago

44 mins remaining. Maybe Apple should have staggered the iOS 10 and Watch OS release.

Should note, stuck at 44 mins for at least 5 mins.

Some of us got iOS 10 GM last week. Not as many AW owners but you are probably right.

Why does one have to update to iOS 10 to get WatchOS 3?

From what I've heard iOS 10 slows down the iPhone 6. So I'm basically stuck with WatchOS 2...

Well done Apple.

I very much regret having bought this overpriced, slow piece of rubbish.
what childish nonsense. iOS 10 is fine on a 6. not updating on a 6 because you're afraid of a slowdown is insane....you'll be missing out on actual value you could have now, today.

I removed iOS beta profile but guess iOS stays on GM. Watch app still stuck on watchOS 2.2.1. I am currently in Germany.

I've been running iOS 10 since the first public beta and now the GM on my iPhone 6 Plus and it's just fine. No slowdown at all. Why would you give up the benefits of iOS 10 and WatchOS 3 just because of a rumor you heard? I'm sorry but that's just silly.
