Not really. The average is that high because of the trashcan debacle.

Then they released the last intel mac pro and it was understood updates would be more frequent.

Something happened with the apple silicon transition, and it seems the chip they were working on for the mac pro (allegedly two Mx Ultras stitched together) wasn't feasible for whatever reason, and they released essentially a mac studio with pci ports but no way of using external graphics.

Hence my question.

I agree it's a niche product. Since they released the mac studio, a niche within a niche, really.

Apple TV with Wi-Fi 7 would be a definite upgrade for me from Gen2.

you won't gain anything from wifi 7 on apple tv, wifi 4 is enough for it to work properly 😂

It's not about countries being better or worse, it's about about being proud of something you had no part it. Also, in most cases nationalism goes well beyond love of a country, but rather focuses on ethnicities etc. Now how about that XDR-2, eh?
