dunno wouldn't this take away from their own Apple Watch sales.
Depends for me on the price. For no more than £300 I could see myself using both. The ring for sleep and health tracking. The watch I would use for notifications, Apple Pay, going out without my iPhone, controlling media playback in my house, finding my phone etc.

Wow that is a horrible freak accident. Thankfully rare I am sure. I don’t usually wear rings because i am afraid of my fingers being swollen for whatever reason and it getting stuck. I would be tempted by this ring though.
Easily solved! I have seen this in my EMS/Deputy Sheriff days: 1) Dawn Soap. 2) Wrap finger in monofilament line, pull off ring, unwrap line. 3) Use a ring cutter (people in jail have to remove ALL JEWELRY no matter where it is!). 4) And, finally, cut the finger off (j/k)!! P.S. I hate rings also due to my large fingers and joints, but I might try an Apple iRing!!
