Interested what else they are planning on 12.9 pro

Better camera and true tone isn't exactly worth upgrading.

I like that they're giving the SE a refresh. It suggests they're not abandoning that screen size any time soon, which is good news for those of us with small hands.
Right and it's even possible that Apple not only adds more storage but adds in a new screen with better contrast for the SE.

4 different iPad screen sizes? Completely unnecessary. Why is there a market for a tablet device that is 0.8in bigger? Go one step further and create a tablet out of stretchy material so that it can be resized accordingly.

Only reason I can see, is that model will be the redesigned one, with the others getting the standard upgrades. So they'll have a small, medium, big iPad. And then the new, fancy one.

Which does seem weird. Would this new redesign be the iPad Pro-Pro? They just released iPads that were suppose to be "Pro". Now that design is going to be entry?

Maybe the same updates as the rumoured 10.5" iPad Pro? such as the bezel less display and so on.
Would hope there would be other features..

I do like true tone on my 9.7 but would hope thinner and lighter for 12.9. Tempted by the bigger model now to use at home but also plan to keep my 9.7 as a taking to work and using in bed type device.

Wonder what the new product tax will be on the 10.5" model? I would be seriously interested in this but if they bump the price for the new size then I am out and let's face it, this is very likely to be the case.

Options are good, more chance of people getting what they want.
With all due respect, this is more about grabbing better margins than anything.

Everything is becoming a 100 dollar upgrade these days rather than adjusting base configurations of FLAGSHIP hardware more timely.

Apple under you know who got it right, but Tim's all about the margins and it shows.

This has very little to do with giving people more options.

4 iPad Pro models? I find that really hard to believe.

So your looking to buy an iPad? Which one? iPad mini 4, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro 7.9", iPad Pro 9.7" (2016), iPad Pro 9.7" (2017), iPad Pro 10.5", iPad Pro 12.9" (2015), iPad Pro 12.9" (2017)?

The return of the 90's Apple is in full force.

Well, if the iPhone red is with black front then I might consider upgrading from my 6 as I got a buyer for my iPhone 6 but otherwise I will wait for the 7S.
iPads - good news (kinda)
I would rather see real iPad Pro that allows me to run macOS so I can use Zbrush etc. The iOS is just fine for smaller devices but the 12.9 needs something better.
