Does not justify it to you. I am very happy with the switch to titanium.what's the point of using titanium? just to hype about it and position it as a feature in the absence of real features? several grams difference does not justify it at all.

Not seriously, but also did not realize the weight was causing a medical issue to some.Seriously?
You do know that comfort has nothing to do with it, right? Like, for example, when my lode-bearing pinky finger starts to ache - that there is no gym that can solve that? It's not like my biceps hurt from a phone.
Sometimes I wonder if some of you realize what you’re typing 😂My Black Tit
According to Apple, it’s a temporary discoloration."Stains?"
AppleCare+ and naked FTWWho isn't using a case though. Not excusing the design choice by Apple, but I've dropped enough iPhones over the years to know better than to go in the nude.
I’ve never used a case and been buying iPhones since the iPhone 4. Dropped every single one of them and they were fine, with the one exception of the iPhone 13 Pro getting some scuffs from a parking lot. Cases just completely ruin the feel of the phone, to me. Phones are built to endure actual use.Who isn't using a case though. Not excusing the design choice by Apple, but I've dropped enough iPhones over the years to know better than to go in the nude.
I’m using the blue right now and it’s no different than getting fingerprints in the stainless steel. In fact it actually seems to attract less fingerprints than the SS. I was wiping my SS on my shirt constantly.LOL looks so cr@ppy and cheap.
This fingerprint issue is a big deal. Even if you put phone in a complete cover case, dust and the case leave marks through time. If naked use, than it is the consequence of having fingerprint and using this "titanium" material, too expensive to just wipe it out with polishing cloth. All a big deal. Ice breaker.
I was planning to buy an iphone 15 pro (blue is the only color that i like) and it has so many cons that i'm not sure anymore...
Did you forget a /s?LOL looks so cr@ppy and cheap.

Exactly. Hardly a "stain," which by definition isn't easily wiped off a surface with a cloth.According to Apple, it’s a temporary discoloration.
NEED=impossible to use the phone without a case. Of course, people are totally free to CHOOSE to use a case.Or, if someone NEEDS a case, that's their individual preference and based on their experience & personal usage, not a "design flaw."
The problem with Apples phones since... forever, is that they are slippery as a soap. There is no way I can use my iPhone 13 without a case, it will just escape my hands!I’ve never used a case and been buying iPhones since the iPhone 4. I don’t find the Pros to be slippery at all thanks to the stainless steel. The new titanium might be but I feel like the grip is great so far. I think the last one that was a bit slippery for me was probably the iPhone 7.The problem with Apples phones since... forever, is that they are slippery as a soap. I would love to have the phone "out and about", but I just can't handle it without a rubber case.
Same here. I am getting significantly less fingerprints than my stainless steel Pro phones. And any time I do notice any, a quick wipe on the shirt cleans it right up (which I’ve already been doing for years with the SS Pros). So far the 15PM in blue titanium has been remarkably immune to fingerprints for me - I expected it to be a neodymium fingerprint magnet - and it feels better than I expected in every way with the light weight, smoothed edges and matte surface. What marks there were, actually did rub right off. But there is no way it would stay looking that good (and intact) with me as an owner if it didn't go right in a case on day 2.
It still can be annoying for some people who don’t want to use a case for some reason.Exactly. Hardly a "stain," which by definition isn't easily wiped off a surface with a cloth.
I’ve never used cases in my phones, and it’s not annoying at all. If you see fingerprints, you just wipe them off, no big deal. This is nothing new. Been this way since the very first iPhone. It still can be annoying for some people who don’t want to use a case for some reason.
Fingerprint on Titanium iPhone 15 pro max
In a support document updated today, Apple indicates that fingerprints might "temporarily alter the color" of the titanium frame on the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Fortunately, Apple says this is not a permanent condition, as the fingerprints can be wiped off just like on any other iPhone to restore a clean finish.

"For iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, the oil from your skin might temporarily alter the color of the outside band," says Apple. "Wiping your iPhone with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth will restore the original look."
Photos of iPhone 15 Pro models with visible fingerprints on the titanium frame have been circulating on social media since the devices were announced last week, but customers should not be concerned about permanent damage. None of this information should be a surprise, but now it is on the record from Apple.
All of the iPhone 15 models launch this Friday, with orders already beginning to arrive to customers in Australia and New Zealand.
