11 runs fine on my iPad Pro, but basically made my iPhone 6 useless. Everthing on the iPHone 6 takes 5 or 6 seconds, when with IOS 10 the same things would take less than 1 second.
I’m sure Apple builds this in to force you to upgrade your phone.
I'm actually surprised it's that low, considering:
- how annoying Apple has made it to NOT upgrade
- all the new devices that can't run anything lower
- it's [almost] impossible to downgrade once regret sets in
- how far back iOS 11 is supported on older devices (though, as others have wondered, do these figures include all iOS devices, or just those that can run 11?)
ALWAYS wait for the .3 release- unless you're into bugs.

It will redownload after a while, bringing back the popups. You can actually disable all those update reminders by doing the following:
- Open the Settings app and go to “General”
- Choose “Storage & iCloud Usage”
- Go to “Manage Storage”
- Locate the iOS software update that is nagging you and tap on it.
- Tap on “Delete Update” and confirm that you want to delete the update*
