Yes. This is nothing like it. Whoever did this ad should be fired.Remember the iPhone 5s holiday ad called "misunderstood"? Now THAT was a good holiday ad.
I actually enjoyed the ad. In a time where there is way too much hatred in the world, it sends a positive message of acceptance, even if fueled by a holiday celebrated by only a portion of the world.
It's never the marketing team but the idiots at top approving them.man the ad was weird!! Idk what's going on with apples marketing team this year. I liked the first iPhone 7 ad, but all of the commercials from this year have been very...different lol
Why are you even on Macrumors forum, if you never used Apple products?

Maybe he is talking about being able to plug speakers directly into the router like many of us do. Predates air play. The person who never used Apple products it's you.
AirPlay works on any router, doesn't depend on AirPort routers.
You're incapable of reading sigs? I use only Apple products. The person who never used Apple products it's you.

When are people going to realize Frankenstein is the scientist, not the monster.![]()
They have hired a load of people so they produce many ads, each of which are less effective than a few good ones.man the ad was weird!! Idk what's going on with apples marketing team this year. I liked the first iPhone 7 ad, but all of the commercials from this year have been very...different lol
No, that's too much I/O. 1 port is enough. They should have outfitted Frankenstein with 2 USB-C port's on each side of his neck.

If you look, there was a major shift after 2012, presumingly because that's where the ads weren't planned by the original, smaller team.
They are so generic now.

I didn't say I was talking about this ad specifically. The ads are good but they are not as unique, different, and memorable as they were prior to 2012.I would hardly call this "generic"
