Beta 7 has been, to date, the best for battery life and stability.

I've referred a lot of bugs over to the feedback team and have been pleased to get several e-mails back about the issues and detailing fixes. There are still a few rough edges, but hopefully a few more will disappear in the latest release.

How was performance of Beta 7? Battery life good?

Well, post above answers that. Thanks

My 6s+ battery life significantly improved with the last beta, as DB6 was so bad I couldn't get more than a few hours of use with the phone running REALLY hot. Apple's definitely getting closer to GM now, as it seems they're at the stage where they're tweaking minor issues.

I had a problem today where Do Not Disturb would randomly be enabled. This happened multiple times without me doing anything special. (DND While driving was not active at this time)

Does anyone have issues with the brightness toggle and settings on Beta 8 for the iPhone? The display brightness doesn't seem to change when going from around the 70% mark to 100%.

My iPad worked well though.

I still feel like iOS 11 is "slower" then 10. I don't know if its the new animations or what, specifically on my 7 Plus. Hard to believe we are this close to prime time. Hopefully ProMotion mitigates all this chop.
Major slow compared to ios 10 annoying cos ios 11 doesn't bring anything new thats worth it

It happens the same to even turn it off.
I guess this feature has been excessively using “Motion calibration and Distance “.

You do realize you are trying to compare the performance of development software with intact debugging routines to a more optimized release version, right? Or do you STILL not understand that? And there are many of us that differ with your assessment that the changes in IOS 11 are not worthwhile.
