Apple Seeds Eleventh Beta of iOS 12 to Developers [Update: Public Beta Available]

Me. Twice. Once before I updated, and another one right after I had updated.
Yeah, before I thought it might be a troubling sign, but people on the forums helped me realize it's probably a good thing. They are supposedly changing a lot under the hood, so I'm hoping for a really stable update.

That is up to Waze to deliver, not Apple. Google has to add the functionality to the app.
And only by a leak last year that some people got their hands on the GM before the Keynote..
come on...he's obviously speculating... and with good reason, in previous betas (ie, the past 9 years) more frequent beta releases = close to GM.
The GM is not a beta. And it will actually be released after the Special Event keynote as “iOS 12”
Also to recognize a beta from a GM look at the build number:

• GM: 16A365

Beta 10 started eating battery life like crazy. I was hoping beta 11 would improve it, but I actually think it's worse!
Before beta 10 I was getting a full day on a charge with about 30% left at the end of the day. Now, a full charge is only lasting about half a day! And charging is painfully slow unless the device is powered off.

Oh come on really? We’ve been through this every single beta.
Waze and google maps need to be updated by google to ios12 before working with CarPlay. But ios12 apps are not accepted into the App Store until ios12 officially ships.
I’m not running the betas but can anyone who is confirm for me that Apple Music now allows you to organise/sort your music as “recently added”. I never renewed my Apple Music subscription back when it first launched due to this feature not being present. Today I finally renewed and I can’t believe this feature still isn’t available in the current iOS. This is literally a make or break for me. If this feature isn’t within iOS 12, I’ll be sticking with Spotify.
Right?! I just did some work on FindFriends and it was so responsive and then I did some more digging around and everything honestly is noticeably faster! I’m on an 8+

he obviously doesnt know that its coming out next week...i took what he wrote as he's simply implying that the gm seed must be super close given the frequency of releases. Which I agree with.
I dont think you should take everything super literally. it's quite easy to understand what he's getting at... im surprised you dont get it. no need to get worked up however.
This has been present in ios 11. It's still present in ios 12. Recently added is the default view when you open the music app
Interesting: after the previous Beta update the 3 iPhone SE devices in our testing shop were booting in the 7 to 8 second range. "Amazing", I thought. After today's Beta update booting has gone back to 12 - 14 seconds. Not important in the day to day, but, interesting nonetheless.
iOS 12 has made me fall in love with iOS again. It just doesn’t fail. It works quickly and is rock solid for me so far. I’m with you on this one.
Gotta wait for iOS 18 to have another amazing improvement.
I’ve got a mini 2 on 10.3.3, did you do a reset or anything? Just wondering if it’s worth moving on from 10.
But iOS 10 is more stable and faster than iOS 9, so you should have updated to 10 at least. Either way iOS 12 is an improvement over 11 so no worries there.
