I like in general MacRumors articles, but there is one thing that irritates me a lot. I really don't like when they put the same old video in all new articles.
Why should I watch again and again the same video every time there is a new iOS beta version? some features are even deleted!!! If you are too lazy to make a new video for every beta (like other more diligent YouTubers do all the time) at least put only the link to the original article where the first video about the new major version of iOS was published! it's a more serious approach, it looks to me you just want to impress readers with garbage.
I really hate the time I waste every time I click the video, watch it for a while to discover that I saw it already several times in the past.

Fast and Furious got worse with each release. The opposite has been true for the iOS betas.

I wouldn't complain about regular improvements to a beta before release.

it was a good joke, it was about the number of betas, not the quality. iOS 12 is looking good, I think nobody can say the opposite , however iOS11 betas were also "good" and....

I don't use it. I don't like the idea of being told by a phone when I can and when I can not use it.

Im not currently having it tell me to stop using anything or setting restrictions on any of my apps. It is interesting to get a weekly summary showing a breakdown of what your useage and screen time is like though.
I do try to use my device less nowadays.

Taking bets now! Last beta before GM. Who wants to play?
I’ll play, because there are still some significant bugs in the UI.
[doublepost=1535433169][/doublepost]Anyone else getting this pop-up? I’ve seen it in B10 as well.

CarPlay crackle and pop still not listed as a known issue yet? CarPlay has been broken since 11.3!

Is it just me or is the latest beta just ridiculously buttery smooth? Seems like a big improvement on my iPhone X!

My SE, 7, and pro 10.5 seem smoother with this update. Really happy that apps load faster and the OS overall feels more responsive.

And still no Bluetooth-indicator on my 5S in the statusbar. Agghhhhhh. Did leave feedback fot the fourth time.

Right?! I just did some work on FindFriends and it was so responsive and then I did some more digging around and everything honestly is noticeably faster! I’m on an 8+
What the heck have you been doing here for the past 7 years?

There is a high chance that nobody is reading those.

Have you ever got anything in your inbox? Feedback app might be somewhat usable, but inbox function of that app is just waste of time and space.

I'd suggest you're not the target audience though, parents are. Although I do wish they had used the ask to buy API, rather than the old restrictions one. Beyond the fact that restricting to a 4-digit PIN is nuts, not allowing TouchID on granting requests for more time is just very un-Apple in terms of user experience.

This has been present in ios 11. It's still present in ios 12. Recently added is the default view when you open the music app
Really? When I open the music app and go to my downloaded songs, the only options I have from clicking sort in the top right hand corner is “Title” or “Artist”, no option for recently added.

Jumped from 11.4 to 12 PB 9 and the whole UI on my X is much more responsive. Everything feels silky smooth, iOS 12 so far is a gigantic improvement over iOS 11.

Apps seem to launch faster and even spotlight search seems a little faster to find results. So far I'm extremely happy with 12 and will be using it as my daily driver until the GM which can't be far now.

I hopped on the beta back during PB2 and had some issues with my iPP12.9 v2. Quickly dropped off and got back on (iPP and X) just before the update yesterday. As many have said, this ‘feels’ like a solid release now and I haven’t had any issues (so far) but a day out in London today and lots of photos, WhatsApp messaging etc. will tell. Looks positive though!

The iPhone X gestures for the iPad really makes a huge difference in terms of the fluidness and ease of use. The iPad Pro was fast before, but now it feels like it's actually taking advantage of the speed for the UI.

iOS 12 is the best iOS version to date. I don’t even realize that it’s still in beta. I’ts damn smooth and haven’t countered any issues yet in the last 2 betas.

This repeat occurrence in beta 11 (which I too have had both here and in the last beta) adds further weight to my hypothesis that Apple’s beta program isn’t designed to handle this many builds in a beta cycle. Maybe there’s an opportunity here for Apple to apply the fixes over features philosophy used so well in iOS 12 to the general beta program...

Even iOS versions (2,4,6,8,10,12) are good. Odd versions (3,5,7,9,11) are pure, complete, utter and absolute garbage.

That’s partly why I updated to iOS 12 on my iPad Pro. Because iOS 11 was apparently so bloated that notability kept crashing on my iPad when mirrored to the Apple TV. iOS 12 public beta one solved this issue, and I have stuck with it ever since.

anyone having issues with phone numbers not syncing with contacts.

They are currently contacts in my phone but in iMessage they just show up as phone numbers unless i re add them as contacts.

Yes i've restarted my phone multiple times

I’ve had this before, years ago. Turned out something in the privacy settings for Contacts had got changed so iMessage couldn’t access them any more. I can’t see an immediately obvious setting in Settings>Privacy>Contacts or Settings>Contacts any more, but you may want to toggle some of these and see if that helps.

I had a pop up on my screen saying ios12 is now live and to update from the beta. Removed the beta profile, checked for updates and nothing. I think I got this pop up early. Due to this im going with you that it is the last beta.
