Apple Seeds Fifth iOS 9 Beta to Developers, Third iOS 9 Beta to Public Testers

Including the regulatory information and logos in iOS could mean that they will not include them behind the iPhone. I remember reading something about it not being a requirement as of this year.

anyone having issues with iCloud Photo Library and Telegram?? I cant send any photos...

I think that's what it suggests, yes. Wasn't there a law passed a while ago which states manufacturers don't have to put that info on the device now?
 
The removed wave wallpaper that was in the previous beta are still used as a sample in display zoom.

People seem a tad worked up about the wallpapers. If it will help graphic performance and battery life, I'll go to a straight black background with flat monochrome grey icons. I want the app I am running to look sweet, not as concerned with the desktop.

Yeah, but it won't. They removed some and added some others. It seems a bit arbitrary.

I thought the plan was that it was US only for a while--I don't have it in Canada either. (Though I do get news on the proactive screen.)
 
I REALLY hope the video playback is fixed. Haven't been able to playback video (in any form: YouTube, Camera Roll, SnapChat etc). Also freezing whilst scrolling is a pain in the a$$. Not complaints, just observations :)

I installed the public beta when it was first released and then restored back to ios8 a few days later. I have just updated to ios9 beta again but i think im on an old version. My build is 13A4293g, is this an old version? How do i get the latest? Theres no OTA update for me.
 
This beta seems to be as fast as iOS 8 now. Very speedy. Though battery life seems to need more tweaking.
 
I'm still having an issue when trying to split the keyboard on an iPad air. in landscape mode. "Horizontal". I've had this issue since I downloaded the first public beta of iOS 9. When trying to pull apart the keyboard, it stays in place and the characters disappear. Is anyone else having this issue besides me. To help replicate it better, try splitting the keyboard from the f and j key.

iCloud Drive actually seems to be working correctly for now. I dropped a few documents in it in my air and they show up in the app now.
