Animation lag fixed?

Which animation lag are you referring to. There is the 'app switcher lag' and the 'close out of app to home screen animation'. The latter is not a bug nor lag, it is an additional animation compared to previous iOS devices.

I am simply sick of all these updates. It's completely absurd and would be unnecessary if apple knew how write good and dependable code. But it's bug after bug after bug. The only beneficiary of this is this board as it gives all of you loads to moan and groan about. But for us regular users, it's a nightmare. Spending day after day updating all my devices and then discovering that a new bug was introduced that will require another update. If Steve were still alive, this wouldn't be happening. I'm going to buy a pc and the new pixel phone right now. I'm done with apple forever.

bye....

I'm guessing that 10.2 will bring Portrait Mode out of beta and include the TV app. Those would be the two biggest items on the checklist right now.
No way. Portrait Mode is going to be beta for a lot more than you think.
Siri is still beta, for example

I didn't watch the last Apple event. Are these really the new wallpapers? I'll pass

These are from the iPhone 7 event. A lot of people were upset when they didn't come with iOS 10 and I assume Apple heard the complaints and decided to offer them. I, like you, am not the biggest fan of these. But I know a lot of other people will be happy.

Finally fixes a bug: When marking a site in safaris reading list, safari will no longer crash.

Wallpapers depending on your device...probably will be the same with the new colourful wallpapers we've seen on the rmbp.

For some reason this frustrates me a lot, what's the message here from apple? You want that wallpaper? Buy an iPhone 7.
