Hmmm, not seeing it yet when I login to the developers site to download the profile. Maybe a slow, staged rollout?
I've updated to 10.3.2 Beta 1

I wonder when something BIG will change.
Ad Hoc 'Classroom' app management is pretty big. You can setup an AdHoc control group for a board meeting and have complete control over the iPads without using an MDM.

To me, this is AWESOME!

Whilst I may not know what is changing 'under the hood', I do love that Apple is constantly and continuously developing and updating iOS.

It showed up for my iPad Pro, installed no problem. However my iPhone 6s Plus (with the same profile installed) is saying that 10.3 is the latest available.

I have the iPhone 7 and it updated to 10.3.2 Beta 1 in just a couple of minutes. Try hard restarting your phone?

Apple today seeded the first beta of an upcoming iOS 10.3.2 update to developers, just one day after introducing iOS 10.3, which included features like a new Find My AirPods feature and Apple File System.

Registered developers can download the iOS 10.3.2 update from the Apple Developer Center or over-the-air with the proper configuration profile installed.

We don't yet know what features or improvements are coming in iOS 10.3.2 as Apple doesn't offer detailed release notes, but as a minor 10.x.x update, we can expect it to focus on bug fixes and under-the-hood performance improvements rather than major new features. Apple does say the update fixes the new SiriKit car commands, which should now work as expected.

Should anything new be found in the iOS 10.3.2 beta, we'll update this post.

It seems like it isn't available for iPhone 5c currently.

Not sure its related but so far the only thing I see is that my Philips Hue hardware is not showing in Home when away from the house. (off local network). I can see/control everything with the Hue app directly when away so it must be some tie from Home to Hue offnet.

Wauw. If any of its 100.000 employees would ever hit a volume button - to realize that volume HUD is something of the Fred Flinstone age.
How big is that tree Joni is under?
