Have they fixed the bug with the green button in windows yet? It's still, for some reason, making applications go full screen, thereby needlessly hiding essential items like the menu bar and dock for multitasking.

Also, cmd+x / cmd+v should allow me to cut and paste (move) files in the Finder.

This thread refers to iOS, not macOS.

There's no update for 32-bit devices... iOS 10.3.2 is 64-bit only.

Correct, but I think most folks are asking about 32-bit apps on 64-bit devices.

When only AT&T had the iPhone, I had Android phones. I wanted an iPhone, but not bad enough to switch to AT&T which was less reliable back then.

New Android OS versions came out very infrequently, and when one did come out, it would take months before my particular Android phone model would get it--that was frustrating.

When other carriers got the iPhone, maybe 6 or 7 years ago, is when I finally ditched Android and got an iPhone. I LOVE that iOS updates come out more frequently, and I especially love that when they come out, they're available to just about everyone with an iPhone.

So I find it amusing when people complain about frequent iOS updates. But that's fine, I complain about a lot of stupid stuff, so I won't judge others.

Well, so far it might be said that beta 1 hasn't been released for 32-bit devices, but that doesn't mean that it won't be and that there's just something is being worked out in relation to those devices. Some are also saying that the developer beta installers are available for those devices, so it might not even be an issue at this point at all.

can i know will iPhone 6 be supported by new iOS in the next few year?
Probbaly at least for the next year or two if not more. But no one really knows when support stops until Apple announces new iOS versions and what devices are supported.

What happened to 10.3.1?
I wondered that too, but the best answer is probably "new iPads."

Leave clues to their release out of 10.3, ship them with 10.3.1.
Exactly.

Usually that means something will be shipping with 10.3.1 between 10.3 and 10.3.2
Usually a point release comes with some kind of new product or major feature, (i.e.: 10.1 was for Depth Effect). I'm guessing there is at least one new iPad in the near future, either iPad Pro 12.9" update or the rumored 10.5" redesigned iPad.

Is this true, and if so, is this the first version of iOS to be 64-bit only? If so, then perhaps they are just saving 10.3.1 for bug fix update for 32-bit devices. But, I thought they were waiting for iOS 11 for 64-bit only.

Question: does the APFS only work with 64-bit devices? I've heard iPhone 5 (and c) is not supported. That makes sense if 64-bit is a requirement as the A6 in the iPhone 5/5c is 32-bit. If this is the case, then, what filipe.esposito wrote above makes sense.

I'm a developer, and they didn't release any OTA or IPSW for 32-bit devices on Dev Center. Let's see what happens next.

Very strange, but I guess it wouldn't be unheard of. The first iOS devices weren't compatible with iOS 4.3, after all (but strange part is the 32-bit devices being dropped in a .X.X release rather than a .X one).

I guess the sooner, the better?

We are still a ways off from the actual public release, so we'll see how it goes.

iOS 10.3.2 is not fully 64-bit. If that was true my 32-bit apps would not run on my iPhone 6s. They still run. Most likely something is still being sorted out for 32-bit devices or that the bugs being fixed only affect 64-bit devices which is also possible. It's not worth them releasing an update to 32-bit devices that just change the version in the about screen and that's it. Last time I checked it is supposed to be iOS 11 bringing the axe to 32-bit devices being completely 64-bit based.

iOS 10 is a great OS. It's been very stable. But I'm excited for some major Siri improvements in iOS 11.

Siri improvements? Yes please. One of the key features I'm looking forward to in iOS 11, is hopefully a revamped Siri in overall responses/dictation.

I just think Siri has a lot of potential and if Apple is going to be further investing her into Siri with home automation, before they do so, obvious enhancements are needed before they take that next step. And anyone in this forum, understands Siri is slightly dated. Also, I would like to see the speed of Siri recognizing and producing results would be also a huge impact.

Hello, i installed this version 10.3.2 and now i cannot connect with Cisco AnyConnect to the VPN :-(

I have a answer from Cisco:
We are going to report this one to Apple with a Radar (bug ID). Can you please use the "Feedback" option on your phone and let them know that this broke in 10.3.2 as well?

For those who like to install the latest and greatest OS pre-releases (as we always do), please refrain from going to iOS 10.3.2 pre-releases until further notice if you depend on AnyConnect. We will update the thread with further information once root caused by Apple. iOS 10.3 which was just released is working well with AnyConnect and is fully supported.

Arstechnica is saying the iPhone 5 has APFS support.

I'm not sure what Apple is going to do with iOS 11 and the iPhone 5. The phone my father has is still fast enough and is more than twice as fast as the iPhone 4s.

It just seems odd for Apple to go through all the hassle of re-writing an entire file system for the iPhone 5 and then drop support for it in iOS 11.

Well, some are thinking that it's already happening as of iOS 10.3.2, which would be rather strange.
