I have a answer from Cisco:
We are going to report this one to Apple with a Radar (bug ID). Can you please use the "Feedback" option on your phone and let them know that this broke in 10.3.2 as well?

For those who like to install the latest and greatest OS pre-releases (as we always do), please refrain from going to iOS 10.3.2 pre-releases until further notice if you depend on AnyConnect. We will update the thread with further information once root caused by Apple. iOS 10.3 which was just released is working well with AnyConnect and is fully supported.
It looks like all VPN functionality is broken in this build regardless of vendor. One of the risks of early betas. Always a good idea to report it yourself to Apple via the Feedback app so it gets higher priority.

Well that was a bit nippy... iPad Pro, iPhones 6s and 7 and refused to connect to the interwebs after updating. Beta fun! A reset of Network settings on all three seems to have resolved the issue. Anyone else come across this?

(Fed back on all three devices)

Haven't had a loss of all networking (yet). Do you use any VPNs, and do they work after network reset?

I run Privacy Pro on both the iPad and iPhone 7 but it was deactivated for the update but assumably the profile would have been stuck in the middle somewhere? Not sure why the 6S was flunking out, though.

Arstechnica is saying the iPhone 5 has APFS support.

I'm not sure what Apple is going to do with iOS 11 and the iPhone 5. The phone my father has is still fast enough and is more than twice as fast as the iPhone 4s.

It just seems odd for Apple to go through all the hassle of re-writing an entire file system for the iPhone 5 and then drop support for it in iOS 11.
I'm not seeing that the iPhone 5 supports APFS. ...iOS updates have new features that are not available to all devices...I.e.: 10.1 added depth effect, but that only works with iPhone 7+ dual cams.

So far it doesn't really seem like there's anything saying that 32-bit devices aren't/didn't get APFS with iOS 10.3--seems like some guessing one way or another, but nothing really in particular that really shows it to be either that way or this way.

Definitely some speed improvements noticed. Benchmark taken to confirm.

All same settings except battery life not at 100%, both charging on Apple battery case.

Thanks, maybe this update will fix why my iPod Touch now has only 2.5 hours of battery life after a full charge after installing 10.3, g'dam Apple. Never seen the battery indicator go red as fast before, good job on Q/A there Apple.

That sounds like a goosed battery... have you checked it with one of the battery life apps?
