From what I can tell...

No Airplay 2
No Apple Pay in Messages
No iMessage in the Cloud

Can't find much new at all for a 11.X update. Haven't had a chance to dig deep yet.

And yes trollers, Safari is snappier and the Battery life is amazing!

I've got a legitimate (and crazy) question. With us now up to iOS 11 and iPhones 6S and later being able to utilize the "Hey, Siri" feature wirelessly, is there a reason there can't be a fix to accommodate the iPhone 6 to access "Hey, Siri" wirelessly?

None, because Apple is not releasing images that include the iPhone X software. It'll likely be in the GM, which will ship with the iPhone X.
