How was it like pre beta days on Apple?
[doublepost=1506548089][/doublepost]I’m just glad, from all the talk of 11 killing the battery, that I’m not alone. Was starting to think it’s all the hentai sites I’ve been visiting lately...purely for research, thanks.
[doublepost=1506548187][/doublepost]I’m still on iOS 11. Not iOS 11.0.1. Not iOS 11.1, but I would never go back to 10, you know how sexy the 11 Siri is? Imagine going back to R2D2

How can i install the new beta if i'm not a developer??

You go to android. They are the criminals
[doublepost=1506548317][/doublepost]Ok. I take that back. You go to windows. They are the criminals...yes. I’m happy with myself now

Because that's what the iOS engineering team is doing, obviously.

They do remove features, before iOS 10, Battery monitoring apps could tell you how much amps the phone is charging with... and now they can’t anymore, they removed the whole sdk.

I only use Apple products but thats just plain bullchit

Way to prevent us from keeping the cable manufacturers honest.

Installed on iPhone 7, Deleted a song in music app, app hung.
Rebooted phone, phone didn’t boot fully.
Reinstalled iOS and restored a backup. Buggy.

The only outward change that I have found is that if you type something in iMessage that might have more than one emoji associated with it, like "ok" on the right side you will get more than one choice shown in the predictive text area.

Even without looking at these forums, I don’t think I’ve encountered one person in my day-to-day life who has updated who hasn’t had some kind of issue.

I've not had any issues across all devices in my household. 2x iPhone 6, iPad Pro 10.5", 2x iPad Mini's. People only tend to post/ complain when things aren't going well. Those that are happy never make a post saying "Hey everybody, everything is working as it should".

I wonder when (or how long it'll take Apple) will we see 3D Touch App Switcher making its way back :annoyed:

I've got a legitimate (and crazy) question. With us now up to iOS 11 and iPhones 6S and later being able to utilize the "Hey, Siri" feature wirelessly, is there a reason there can't be a fix to accommodate the iPhone 6 to access "Hey, Siri" wirelessly?

The wireless feature was introduced with the 6s, and it was able to do it because it had better hardware that allowed its battery to not be drained as fast as the 6's would.

Seems like it hasn't been and isn't a "mess" for many.
Bah, I don't know how many people are having problems.

I can tell you that it made my iPhone SE on the verge of being completely useless.

With iOS11 most apps on my phone stopped working completely, some got extremely sluggish (Whatsapp) and could often be opened only after restarting the iphone multiple times.

And biggest problem, NOT fixed in 11.0.1, my AirPods stopped working for phone calls, and even worse, I can't disengage them, meaning I hear nothing and the other person hears nothing. You can try switching off bluetooth as well, but Airpods still appear as connected and selected for all phone calls. The only way to speak and hear is to switch airplane mode on/off, leaving the airpods in the case, and using it without any accessory. **** them. $180 in airpods and this is what you get.

Apple should really get its **** together. Release a software only if is not FULL of CRITICAL bugs. I understand small ones, but these are a huge problems.

I bet you're turning bluetooth "off" by clicking that on/off looking toggle in the control centre. It's been reported loads of times here (mainly people complaining about it!) but that doesn't turn off bluetooth or wifi, it just disconnects from any devices *apart from* things like earphones, keyboards etc.

You need to turn bluetooth off in settings (you can 3D touch the icon for a quicker way in) or ask Siri to do it.

Wow im glad i still have my iphone 6, the issues seems to be with ip7-ip8, i have no issues whatsoever so far with my ip6, smooth and running without bugs ios 11.0.1

The very fact you complain think apps not getting their crap together (sluggish) and fixing their own bugs is Apple's responsibility when they had months to fix them IN BETA, tells me everything I need to know about you.

Sol, revert back to 10.3.3 and STOP BITCHING; see, easy solution.

And no, there its it is not full of critical bugs or you'd get 1000 times the number of posts like yours. Like when IOS 4 nearly bricked previous version of Iphones.

Come back at version .2 or .3 and test it again then.
