Maybe we'll be so lucky to finally have Mail fixed in 13.3.1 (!!!)
I had high hopes that the 13.3 release would fix the mail app. But it didn’t. At this point I’m hoping iOS 14 will finally fix everything.

Disappointing to say the least.I had high hopes that the 13.3 release would fix the mail app. But it didn’t. At this point I’m hoping iOS 14 will finally fix everything.
I'm going to say it is fixed... I'm now 20 emails in without so much as a stutter. Tried half on iPad Pro and the rest on iPhone 11 ProI highly doubt Apple will fix this absolutely frustrating issue any time soon. In fact, I highly doubt they even know how to fix it considering how long it's been going on for. Mail. Reminders. Calendar. All these notifications are broken.
Spring 2020I assume 13.4 is where we will see the iCloud Drive stuff?
YesFrozen mail fix when opening from a notification?
It's not just when opening from a notification. This has been the case when opening Mail from home screen since 13.0, as well.Frozen mail fix when opening from a notification?

I'm also curious if 13.3.1 finally fixes this.

Consider this an early Christmas gift... Mail is working fine for me 👍👍👍
Nope. The versions of iOS 12 released after the release date of iOS 13 are never compiled for iOS 13 compatible devices. So there is no 12.4.2 through 12.4.4 available at all for newer devices newer than the iPhone 6.Also a dumb question: if betas for previous IOS versions are still seeded by Apple, can I downgrade my iPhone X by using a beta for 12.4.X?
At this point I’m hoping iOS 14 will finally fix everything.
It is usually 1-2 days later for the first beta.I wonder when PB is out. typically it is out a few hours later
The assumption from Apple is that you’re testing on backup devices, not on primary, causes-pain-if-something’s-broken, devices. Anyone that does not have access to non mission-critical devices really shouldn’t be beta testing... for their sanity! The benefits don't outweigh the trouble it causes,
Why are you "syncing" with iTunes?
Nope! Can anyone confirm that the Magic Mouse 2 is now recognized by Bluetooth? It is not recognized in 13.3.
At this point I’m hoping iOS 14 will finally fix everything.
Of course neither does Outlook. How MS can get away with both not supporting CardDAV, and not supporting contacts databases synced to the phone other than iCloud in 2019, is beyond understanding.iOS 13 is just a complete disaster. I had to resort to a 3rd party mail app (Outlook) because native Mail just doesn't work.
