I could be wrong, but the animation for getting in and out of full screen mode feels faster in 10.9.3.

I also think this is true. It's quite noticeable and switching between fullscreen apps is much smoother too. Very nice, hope my MBA sleeps properly now too...

I'm still waiting for the shutdown/restart hang bug to be worked out for certain Macs. Thankfully, I don't have to restart often, but nearly every time, I end up having to do a hard reset. I'm assuming it has something to do with the dual Finders that are present when checking Force Quit apps. One as normal is present when restarts are smooth. So hopefully this will start addressing that issue.

I noticed that the audio driver is pretty sucky in 10.9.2 and there's a lot of static piping when it starts up. Hopefully they get 10.9.3 out soon so Facebook is usable without static.

I've had issues with my wifi not reconnecting after waking from sleep, and sometimes it just randomly drops the connection. I've never suffered from this before, but since 10.9.2, it has been occurring most times.

I don't have the connecting issue but I noticed that it's slower connecting with the 802.11n after waking from sleep. I have not noticed with the 802.11AC connection.

I hope this fixes a bug that I encountered In OS X 10.9.2. In which my iMac will login itself out when it's under medium - heavy load, the mouse won't respond, then the UI and, finally a loading icon will appear on the screen and it will log out :(. I checked the logs but couldn't find anything. Is anyone else experiencing this bug?

Even after updating to 10.9.2, my iMac is still having issues connecting to my wireless keyboard and (especially) my wireless mouse after waking the computer from sleep. That and I wish they would let users control the volume levels of background applications when using Face Time. The latter is not so much an issue, just a preference.

Went back to Mountain Lion on my 2009 MBP yesterday, wish I did earlier. Couldnt even watch HD video in Mavericks because the video drivers suck so bad, and the whole thing just felt slow and laggy (Im sure all the extra apps I had to install to bring back basic common sense usability that Apple removed didnt help).
Enjoy your stitched leather calendar and vastly inferior Safari. Me, I'll be enjoying Mavericks superior battery life and much lower RAM usage. To each his own. :D

I also had this issue on my 2011 Mac Mini running 10.9.2, and bad RAM memory was the problem (I found this out at the Apple Store). You might want to run the Apple Hardware Test on your iMac to see if there are any hardware issues.

I wish they'd focus on setting the NFS file system being used over the network as an indicator for OS X *NOT* to go to sleep so I can use my XBMC boxes with my Mac Mini server without having to set my Mini to be on 24/7 without ever sleeping. I sent Apple feedback. It was not in 10.9.2 and I doubt it's in 10.9.3 either. They don't listen and they don't care.

Short lived....

the SSL fix should of be separate of 10.9.2 after they fixed it.... Whats 24 hours ? its a long time to stay vulnerable.

SSL fix one day, 10.9.2 the next.....

My guess would be 10.9.3 would bring MORE stuff from iOS....

Makes you wanna go back to Mountain Lion doesn't it ?

I think this is more of Apple changing how OS works, gone are the days mobile and desktop features were separate... Now, they are all in one..

I wonder what would have happened if Microsoft started introducing Google/Android features in their OS

Graphics Drivers??? MST Please!!

Is Multi Stream Transport MST available on OSX 10.9.3 for late rMBP with Nvidia?
:)

I hope this finally gets to fixing some OpenGL performance issues that have kept me from upgrading my workstation to Mavericks.

Minor point releases like this won't contain new features or big changes. Just bug fixes, stability, optimizations. Bringing OS X and iOS closer would be more of a 10.9->10.10 or perhaps a 10.9.2->11 but not a 10.9.2->10.9.3.

----------

Since I run a test copy of OS X in Parallels testing out graphics drivers are the worst for me. Pretty much not doable. Oh well, I can't help out every time. :(

Huh, what are you talking about? They included SSL fix in 10.9.2 update within two business day, it took longer due to the weekend. There were also other security fixes in 10.9.2, so they probably wanted to combine them together to get everybody updated quicker.

It has been like this since they switched the release cycle to the annual cycle starting with Lion.

Nothing's changed here. This is just the continuous development process, it is expected for Apple to start seeding a new .x.x build within weeks of the last public .x.x release.

I don't think so. The animation for switching spaces also feels faster

Perhaps.

In that case, that is great news. I don't notice anything quicker on my '12 rMBP running native res yet..

Mavericks has been the worst upgrade experience for me. Lion was a walk in the park compared to this 10.9 sh**!

I'm on 10.9.2 and I'm fed up with the crazy beach balling, slooow as molasses Finder, audio issues, and wifi issues. Rebooting temporarily fixes the audio and wifi issues.

I've started looking into rolling back to Mountain Lion. OS X 10.9 and iOS 7 needed more time to bake. I'm not impressed with Apple at the moment.

I hope it fixes the external dell display issue. I'd really love to use my native resolution again.

I haven't had any issues. I'm on a mid-2012 MBP. No slowdowns, no beach balling. Which model do you have? Have you considered/done a fresh install over an upgrade?

What Mac do you have? I have none of the issues and Mavericks is pretty much the best OS X release since Snow Leopard for me.

I'm sorry to hear that; the beachballs stopped for me with the 10.9.2 update. It also fixed the crackling audio problem I've had since the last update of Mountain Lion. As for the Finder slowness, I imagine some of that is due to tagging, which will hopefully get optimized over time.

The only issue i have with Mavericks now is the disappearing cursor issue. Everything else is pretty much a peach.

I'm happy with 10.9.2 but I would like to see better graphics drivers and improved graphics performance on my new rMBP.
