The iPhone 7 shipped with iOS 10 already installed so how can it be 'ever since ios10'?

I agree with you the voicemail is a carrier issue, but in this case this is an Apple issue. When a voicemail is clicked on it closes shortly thereafter not allowing the user to listen to it.
Loosing Airpods would be a big deal.. particularly now there is i wire. Thanks Apple for introducing this issue.
Now,if I only use iCloud to find my car keys,, i'd be set
Whenever i hear. "new file system" that always seems trouble, more on IOS where developers don't use the new code in all situations..
On MacOS most of my WINE apps get an error in MacOS now thank to this... On Yosemite it works perfectly, so I expect the same troubles with iOS now too. I wold probably even say, this is even more evident as the bild up to why Apple was removing old apps hat haven't been updated. Since they knew.

I'm guessing Apple would pick up this sort of abuse in the review process. Might not be the wisest thing to try to game it, Apple has kicked devs out of the store for fudging reviews before.
Oh your sarcasm was quite clear. But the OP was simply stating more info in one sentence by saying since iOS10 and that he has an iPhone 7.
This comment puts me back to April, 2010 when I purchased my first Apple product, an iPod Touch that came with a lot of great wallpaper. My very first Apple update took that wallpaper away, introducing me to the "take away" aspect of Apple updates. I was able to find that wallpaper on the web and get it into Snow Leopard's iPhoto and back on the Touch. It has since been propagated to my 2012 devices, and you know what, thinking about that wallpaper, I'll get it to my 2016 Macbook Air's Photos, and from there to my 2016 iPad Touch and iPad Mini4. As for the little iPod Touch, with its iOS 4.3.2, it is alive and useful as ever.

Apple today seeded the fourth beta of an upcoming iOS 10.3 update to developers, one week after seeding the third beta of iOS 10.3 and more than two months after the release of iOS 10.2, the last major update to the iOS 10 operating system.
Registered developers can download the fourth iOS 10.3 beta from the Apple Developer Center or over-the-air with the proper configuration profile installed.
iOS 10.3 is a major update, introducing several new features and changes to the iOS 10 operating system. The biggest new consumer-facing feature is "Find My AirPods," which is designed to help AirPods owners locate a lost earphone. Find My AirPods records the last known location of when an AirPod was connected to an iOS device via Bluetooth and can play a sound on a lost AirPod.
Apple's latest update also introduces a new Apple File System (APFS), installed when an iOS device is updated to iOS 10.3. APFS is optimized for flash/SSD storage and includes features like strong encryption.
Apple plans to introduce some App Store changes in iOS 10.3, allowing developers to respond to customer reviews for the first time. iOS users are also able to label reviews in the App Store as "Helpful" or "Not Helpful," which should help surface the most relevant review content.

Apple also plans to limit the number of times developers can ask for a review, allow customers to leave app reviews without exiting an app, and provide a "master switch" that will let users turn off all app review request prompts.
Also new in iOS 10.3 is a redesigned app open/close animation, an Apple ID profile in Settings, a better breakdown of iCloud storage usage, warnings about outdated apps that won't work with future versions of iOS, HomeKit support for programmable light switches, improvements to SiriKit (bill paying, bill status, and scheduling future rides), CarPlay interface improvements, iCloud analytics options, and more. More accurate would be 'since I received my iPhone 7' considering it's ALWAYS been on ios10. To state 'since ios10' implies that his iPhone 7 didn't have Bluetooth problems previously before that.

This did annoy me. But when the phone reboots, the volume was where it was before the buttons were pressed together. I do think they could change it though.
my iPhone 6 has been fine up until beta 3. I've had hangups and freezing from time to time. Downloading beta 4 right now. We shall see how it goes!
Seems like a number of other things were mentioned as well, with "Find my AirPods" simply being one of the first ones.
