A) Your keyboard typing sounds will be MAX volume regardless of your volume settings. Either have to completely turn it off or live with a very loud keyboard type sound
If you have your keyboard typing sounds on, everyone around you hate you.

I am shocked enough people have this setting on to even notice this bug.

It’s Millennium. Millennia is the plural. As in “If you as so displeased with Apple, it’s not necessary to spend the next couple millennia exaggerating about timeframes or asking sarcastic rhetorical questions on Internet forums. You can just move to another platform that won’t make you wait a thousand years for a service to sync your text messages.”

A thousand years? Really? An entire millennium to go? Ffs, I’m old enough as it is, I was hoping they’d get this in before my 960th birthday :(

Oh well, something to look forward to when I’m using my newly fitted VR ocular implants and filling my colostomy bag :D

Maybe my next phone will be. Better services, better tech and same price for a new phone each year than one new Apple phone in three years.

Maybe not my next one, or maybe it will, though I’m thinking possibly the one after that. I’ve never been the biggest Android fan, well, Android is fine. I just can’t be arrised with all of the opting out of things to try and keep my privacy. Too much faffing around for my liking.

That said, Razer’s Project Linda concept is exactly the kind of convergence I’ve been wanting from Apple for years. It’s certainly piqued my interest and I’ll be keeping a close eye on it and the inevitable copycat devices that follow. If anyone gets it just right, I’ll be awfully tempted.

There’s actually quite a few hardware developments outside of the Apple ecosystem that are beginning to have me questioning my priorities.

I’ve tried switching several times in the past, but to date I haven’t experienced the same level of service, support and overall simplicity that comes with being all-in with Apple products.
But there’s enough happening in the Android and Windows camps that have me keeping a close eye on things. And an even closer check on my trigger finger.

Mind you every time I have to do something on my home server, an HP Microserver running Windows server, it’s enough to remind me of the old days and make me so glad when I sit back in front of my iMac.

If only Apple would be just a teeny bit more adventurous. I’m sure it’ll happen one day but I’d love a Surface Book a like. Screen docked, it’s a fairly typical macOS MacBook Pro. We don’t need to use the touchscreen just because it’s there but it’s an option. Lift the screen off, it’s a nice iPad Pro with the iOS interface. Oh how I’d throw money at that.
Though in the meantime I’d settle for Xcode and proper Adobe apps on iPad Pro. More wishful thinking.

Aaaaannnnd I’m rambling again. Sodding medication :D

Maybe they were hearing the LOUD ‘just taken picture’ or ‘just connected Bluetooth headphones’ noise. It wasn’t just the keystroke noise.

Fixed now anyway.

Correct, it wasn't just keystroke sounds or lock sound. it was any Notification sound and it was brutal on my Iphone X. It is now fixed in beta 4. Thank you Apple! :)

You could have said millennium instead of "a thousand years." lol

Does the Siri news feature work outside of the USA?
Yes - just say ‘hey Siri tell me some news’. You then get an option to switch to BBC news. Siri then remembers your selection the next time you request it
