Apple Seeds Fourth iOS 8.3 Beta to Developers, Second Beta to Public Beta Testers

just click the link and it will download onto your phone and it will restart then just go into updates and the beta will be there to download
I just opened the link on my iPhone and downloaded the file. It prompted me to install the profile, which I did. Then it asked me to restart the device. After I did all that, I went to Settings > General > Software Update, and voila! The beta was available for download.
For me after downloading, it is asking me to open it with google drive and asked me to install it (as i dont have google drive). Right now i am installing google drive.
I know it. It almost hurts that they don't have a "Finder". Even if that Finder could only access a place called, let's say, "My Documents" it would be OK. It's really stupid having to go in and pull things like Numbers spreadsheets out of a place like the application bundle to get an independent (of Apple) backup. On the other hand they probably wouldn't bring back Save/Save As... so it would just be a continuation of the mess it is in OSX.
Nah shouldn't need that . just clicking the file will open it. Are you using safari or Chrome browser?
I figured out the browser was the issue. I was trying in Chrome before, now after i used Safari i am able to install it. Thanks
I've done that, but the keyboard doesn't appear for me. I have open another app then close it and try spotlight again.
Has anyone tested the Bluetooth connection with CarPlay yet? That is where CarPlay should have started out in the first place...
English is difficult. Apple should get Siri working perfectly in less complicated languages first, before tackling all the idiosyncrasies of English.
none of the decks or cars support it yet. I have contacted pioneer and even the new models released the last week can't CarPlay wirelessly
Yes that is correct. The Developers need a rawer build as they need more time as they are creating/updating apps for the new OS. The Dev builds are NOT to be used on day to day devices they are to be used on devices for app testing only.
Apple will not give out the Public Beta till it is more stable as they know more people will put it on their main devices.
I just want Siri to be in the same English class as Google and cortana . Siri seems a bit ditsy compared the the other two.
Weird issue with Photos. I use the Photos on my Mac (10.10.3 beta) and it's all been imported over from iPhoto. When I updated to the latest iOS beta today, it shows events from my Mac (which is iPhoto related) and then puts recently deleted way at the bottom. It shouldn't have events from my Mac since it's all been imported and recently deleted should stay near the top above all the albums and videos. I have to un-sync my photos and then re-sync it for it to show right.

Besides, I haven't seen one official word from Apple about the modifiers yet, except in notes for betas. So I'm not sure where you're getting this concept of "selling point" from.

I think that original poster just had a reading comprehension fail.
Have they fixed the keyboard shortcut bug where they refuse to delete? If so, I'm jumping ship on my JB and getting this. Quite possibly the most annoying bug I've come across.
